It’s a good building overall, offers gym, rooftop, garage, the apartment feels a little “too closed” since there’s no windows (at least in my unit) but oc theres a balcony which is good. i think it’s one of the best cost benefit near culver city, the building seems new and always clean. there’s also a mail room. one thing to notice is that a key fob is required to open the door/use the elevator, but it’s kinda weird cause sometimes you don’t need? also the fire alarm goes off occasionally (maybe like once a month), at this point nobody cares about it and simply ignore it. anyways, i like it here

I’ve been here for almost a month now, and couldn’t be happier with my new apartment! Upon meeting Heike, the Leasing Manager, her energy was energetic and welcoming, which I really appreciated during my apartment search. Though there was a bit of a mixup with the chosen apartment initially (which got resolved, which I really appreciated), and I couldn’t have asked for a better layout, and unit! My studio apartment is spacious with all new appliances, with amazing natural light. Also, love being here in West Adams! Living at the Zoe Lofts has been a great experience thus far, and would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I do not know where to start. The other complaints are true I was not going to leave a comment but I feel compelled to stand in unity with other previous and current tenants. Construction without notice and the times they do it makes it difficult to function.

There is no leasing office at the building or management office if you have a problem even urgent problems it’s hard to get help. They do not care

Seeing multiple people complaining about the same thing with many likes you know that the complaints are TRUE

There is no staff or onsite manager. There’s no one to help in case of emergencies or to help with difficulties on the property or with neighbors. CIM Group corporate is unresponsive.

Management is dismissive seemingly inexperienced. We’ve had items stolen out of our apartments and mailroom. Management refuses to provide full videos immediately or address the building’s safety concerns. We have to involve police in things that management elsewhere usually takes care of without police involvement

Anyone can access our building. Floors to our apartments are only supposed to be accessible with our key fobs. Instead of fixing that problem for our safety, they’re working on the building’s aesthetic camouflaging the safety issues

Apartments below the patio can sometimes hear people walking on the patio. You would think a newer building would consider that being a possible issue and preventing it but no, not CIM Group and it seems like management isn’t relaying complaints to the proper personnel to fix the issues.

My neighbor has been complaining about the guy above her for months with no relief. We empathized with her that’s why I am mentioning it publicly. I let her know that I can not hear the couple who lives above me. She invited me in her apartment to hear what was happening the pounding the guy above her was doing is shocking. She shared recordings with me to and showed me the emails she sent. Its not cool what she’s going through. Management owes her a apology money property something and they need to press charges on the guy above her for pounding on her ceiling like that. He has to be doing it on purpose. I can’t hear the couple above me at all. its for sure that person being a dck. no one should have to go through what she’s been dealing with. Management doesn’t care

CIM Group and their management focuses on the buildings aesthetics when they need to improve the quality of their building and safety measures. Eventually residents will unite and take legal action.

Seeing that zoe lofts are still doing random construction without giving advance notice for 2years now. then when they finally do give notice the construction times are outside of the times they give in the late notice. That shows that they don’t care

the people who left 4 or 5 stars are probably their staff or friends. Zoe lofts look good but it’s cheaply built. I think poor careless management, no onsite management is the worst part because you can’t get help when needed

I moved to Zoe Lofts recently and have had a truly amazing experience. First of all, the staff is incredible. Heike is wonderful and went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect home. And the staff who work in the building do the same! The lofts are beautiful, sleek and have giant windows throughout, allowing for a lot of natural sunlight and beautiful views. The amenities are great, especially the day pool and the rooftop, where you can see from DTLA to the Hollywood sign to Baldwin Hills. And this is just the tip of the iceberg, I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I just can't wait until the gym and the shops downstairs start to open.

I absolutely love Zoe lofts!! I live across the street from my grandma who is 98. My studio is VERY spacious and I fell in love with it when Heike first showed it to me. The amenities are everything. The in-home laundry is such a convenience. I would recommend this apartment to ANY & EVERYONE!

I love it here and plan to be here for years.

Today, on a Saturday, I was awoken yet again by construction at 7:14 AM. Drilling into concrete right below my unit and constant hammering that shakes my entire room. It did not stop for a single second until noon. It's been happening for months now and I'm completely fed up with it now.

Its actually impossible to live here. Imagine constant construction work 6 days a week, starting at 7AM and ending at 7PM. You can't sleep, you can't work in your own home, you can't even have phone calls because the noise is just too loud. There is no secret that the residents here are upset. It is completely unimaginable that anyone would want to stay here when there is no peace and quiet.

Management simply does not care about the residents. This ongoing construction has been happening for months now, plenty of residents have voiced their complaints (look at the dates of the reviews on Yelp), and I personally have emailed and called them about it months ago and not a single thing was addressed. Every time a "bad review" pops up, they ask us to call them but nothing gets done. What's the point?

No I will not call you. You know the problem, you've seen the reviews, now go do something about it. We've put up with this for months now. Enough is enough.

For months on end, there has been constant construction going on here. Management has done NOTHING to accommodate the residents. When I first toured the apartment, they never once mentioned that there would be heavy construction. After I moved in they said that the construction would be taking place during 9AM to 5PM on Monday to Friday. This has never been the case because construction has been happening as early as 7AM, Monday thru SATURDAY. It's impossible to deal with it. I've told management early on and nothing has been done. It only gets worse and worse... I'm not blaming the construction crew, all of this falls on the management here. 0 STARS.

The elevator in this building is literally always broken, if its not one its the other, the fire alarm goes off consistently at 3 in the morning for no reason, people dont even get up anymore bc it happens so often. Power outages, stolen packages the works. Stay away.
