When I began my search to relocate my film financing and production company to a new office space in the Los Angeles area, I became frustrated once I got out into the marketplace and saw the available options. Most places (even some on the Sunset Strip) were in very poor condition to the point that I could not imagine meeting with clients there. Either that, or they were so overpriced that it became impossible to afford.

Then with the stroke of a "click" I landed on Titan Offices and VOILA!

Although I had no intention of even considering moving to the downtown L.A. area, and based on the online photos I thought this must be too good to be true, I none-the-less scheduled an appointment to go check it out.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I arrived. The building is beautiful and once I stepped off of the elevator on the 33rd floor (Penthouse) I was simply blown away. The interior is clean and professional, and the views are nothing short of magnificent.

I was promptly greeted by a team of highly knowledgeable and professional Titan staff members and we sat in the gorgeous conference room to discuss available units, costs etc.

That was in December of 2018 and I have been operating my business ever since. It is a pleasure to go to work in such a well-maintained environment.

My clients are always very impressed when they arrive as they are treated to coffee and tea in the reception area while they wait for their appointment time.

It has always been important to me to project confidence and utmost professionalism in my line of work and being a tenant in this building is not only personally satisfying but to tell the truth, they make me look good too!

I booked a small office very last minute (thanks to Edwin for replying so quickly to my late night messages!) when other companies were not very responsive. The office space was great too with a beautiful view, a whiteboard, and good Internet connection. Very affordable too. Highly recommend!

Free continental breakfast every Friday and cheap tea/ Coffee Bean coffee daily. They've a lot of staff. Most are friendly. The interior decor is great and areas generally clean. The lead manager is a lazy incompetent who hates her tenants. Other than wearing short skirts and heels, she's pretty useless. They cannot even organize a fire drill evacuation properly. The coffee is better quality than most buildings but not kept hot 🙁 Their janitorial policy is to throw out any open food even if it's own your desk!

They are the best around without a doubt! They will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs that may come up in the course of business. Their spaces are pretty and the people who work there are so kind and nice. Recommended!
