Great course, service, and staff.
First time playing, and if you’re not in the fairway, you’ll learn quickly on punching out and taking your medicine.
Greens held true, and are consistent across all 18.
Pro shop, back shop, cart girls and halfway house all provided exceptional service.
A new find for me, and recommend trying it out

Beautiful and gorgeous course. I read some reviews about the highway noise but I barely even heard any. You won’t even notice it.

The course is well groomed. Very forgiving fairways. The driving range is away from the clubhouse but it’s a really nice range. The practice green actually has holes instead of those plastic sticks.

Only down side is there isn’t a map of the hole at the tea box.

Finished the course just a little over 4 hours.

Amazing Experience at The Winston Golf Club!

The Winston Golf Club offers a variety of fun and challenging courses that are perfect for a day out with family. The price even includes an auto cart, which is a great bonus! We’ve had some fantastic times here and would love to visit more often, but reservations fill up quickly, so it’s important to book early. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s always a pleasure to greet them when we pass by. Overall, we just love this place!

Well, there was one good thing. The greens were in good shape, but I am not happy with the treatment at the end of the round due to being rained out. We were stuck in the snack shack for nearly an hour waiting not worth it so we hiked up the top no running so we walked it got to the pro shop asked for a 10 or 11 hole rain check to at least play the back nine and the three guys that I was with soaked had their receipts.

I did not therefore I was not given a rain check even though the very guys I was with vouch for me starter was vouching for me and yet somehow the pro shop reception wasn’t willing to give me $40 $45. Whatever the half round is worth a rain check….

Just unacceptable treatment I can tell you I’m not be playing here again and will definitely Be notifying people not to play at this frugal course!!!!!!

Really well kept golf course minutes to downtown Calgary. Staff were helpful and kind. Really good ratio of par 5’s so our group was able to drive the ball often. Hidden gem for sure!

Played a tournament here yesterday, the golf course itself is very nice with fun holes and great scenery given the location in Central Calgary.

However, I cannot stress how amazing the bread was for the post tournament buffet. I keep my opinions private and to myself but I had to leave a google review because of this bread.
It was the best bread I have ever eaten in my life;

In Matthew 26:26-29 they state:
"While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." This is the bread that Jesus himself touched and shared with us.

Only went to the driving range for my friend's lessons. The staff were kind and courteous. We got to drive down to the driving range in their powercart which is a nice touch to the experience. Though you'll have to cross paths on two holes so be aware not to interfere or at least acknowledge the players before moving through. Their is a standard dress code. Check their website for more info. Otherwise the all day driving range access for $20 is great!

My friend's lessons went well and she had a great time. Definitely recommend for the driving range experience. Their range is carpet and can use a relatively short tee into the carpet if you want to use the driver. Though most will advance forward onto the grass. A little sketchy as I've seen some miss hits off the tee! On your discretion only!
