We had the pleasure of booking a block of rooms at The Westin for our wedding, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we began working with their team, everything was seamless and stress-free.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to reserve the perfect number of rooms at a great rate for our guests. They provided a range of options, from standard rooms to suites, to fit everyone’s needs. The booking process was simple, and the communication from the hotel team was clear and timely. We were easily able to add rooms when our block filled up.

Our only complaint was they did not have many carts for bringing in luggage so that was a bit of a pain because we had to wait for them. (We think this was because there were multiple weddings on the same date).

We recommend this hotel for anyone planning a wedding and looking to arrange a room block! The bridal suite was spacious, they even gave us wine and chocolate!

From first contact through checkout, this is one of my top Westin experiences. I'm a lifetime platinum and Titanium Bonvoy member. ||We shared that we were staying with our adult daughter on Thanksgiving and requested Roll away bed. Karimah upgraded us to a suite. The team ensured that the room away was in the room when we arrived. ||Upon arrival at 1130 PM, the staff was full of positive energy to make us feel welcome. ||At breakfast the next morning, Amanda was outstanding. ||We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at The Westin Wilmington, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food! I enjoyed every meal, whether it was breakfast or dinner—each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The menu offerings are diverse, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

A fun twist during my stay was when one of the elevators was out of service. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it encouraged me to take the stairs, helping me keep up with my exercise routine. A little creativity from the hotel staff!

Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Wilmington for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional dining options and a great atmosphere. Five stars without a doubt! Can’t wait to return!

$300 a night and literally free wifi is it?! And you had a "special family event" where our family couldn't even sit at your bar? Not that I would have badly wanted to pay so much for overpriced drink or your dinner or breakfast? Where's the free coffee at least?! Happy hour? Free breakfast? I think a free night or $100 meal/drink credit voucher would be fair. We are here one more night and not by my choice.

Absolutely not at the quality I would have expected from a Westin. Very disappointing experience. We booked a king room to ensure we had space for our baby’s pak and play. Upon arrival to that original room, we found the bathroom covered in an inch of water and the ceiling over the shower partially collapsed.

They moved us to another room - with 2 queen beds next to the incredibly loud maintenance room. They claimed they had no available king rooms despite our specifically booking one. However I noticed online that night they DID have 2 available king rooms a $20 premium tier up. But no minor upgrade was offered for the trouble of an uninhabitable room. Just some Marriott points we’ll likely never use.

So we slept cramped in, with mechanical banging throughout the night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location . Very close to the Chase on the Riverfront . The rooms are ok ( I got a small one) , but comfortable for a one or two night stay . Expensive for the facilities . The breakfast at the restaurant is very good but the service is quite slow . No free WiFi unless you sign up for their membership , which is shockingly surprising in today’s day and age !

We went there with family on wedding function. The hotel is really nice with big rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower water pressure for those that care. Most importantly it was connected to wedding venue location chase center convention center. So easy IN/ Out, The only issue with this kind big hotel is not having sufficient elevator, I seen this kind hotel normally have 3-4 elevator , we had to wait 5-10 min every time we need to in and out from room. One incident would want to share that we were stuck in elevator # 2 when coming down from 3rd floor. My son was in panic but thank god it was working again in 10 min, but that elevator was down overnight and somehow was working intermittently in morning. Hotel management need to be more attentive as that kind incident unsafe for smaller kids.

The hotel is really nice with big rooms, comfortable beds and decent shower water pressure for those that care. The only issue was we booked specifically to take advantage of the pool only to find out they haven't had a functioning pool since COVID but it's still on their marketing and on the placards around the hotel. We were disappointed to say the least
