We recently visited The Westin Anaheim Resort as part of our search for a venue for a three-day wedding in 2025, and the experience was terrific. Although we didn’t have a scheduled tour, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.

The front desk staff and the catering manager, Shannon, were phenomenal. Shannon took the time to give us a detailed tour of the property, including the stunning penthouse, which completely blew us away. She shared every detail about the venue and its services, providing a personalized experience that made us feel valued guests.

The property is only three years old and beautifully designed. It offers modern, luxurious spaces perfect for weddings, family vacations, or other special events. The hotel is incredibly close to Disneyland, making it a prime location for visitors looking to combine a magical Disney experience with premium accommodations.

Had another great time at this Westin. William was great at the lounge as he was the last time we were here back in August 2024. He always made my family and I feel welcomed and well fed in the lounge. Cyrus at front desk was also very pleasant. ||We’ve stay at many Marriott branded properties in the Disneyland area, and the Westin has been the best of the bunch.

Best Hotel in the area, completely unmatched for the price. Ridiculously optimal placement next to the park and won’t break the bank. Beds were wicked comfortable, rooms were beautiful. Had chicken wings delivered to me multiple times during my stay and the staff were really nice. Last but not least, I saw an AMG GT Black Series and Ferrari out front by the door.

Spent one night after exhausting Disneyland trips just to relax and recharge. Overall a great hotel, very clean and everything seems high end. The beds are very comfortable. Compared to the price we paid for Disnleyland onsite hotel, the price to stay in Westin is a steal. My only complain is the the club lounge is way too small for hotel this caliber. Although there's an outside patio, the weather was not really suitable to sit outside when we were there.

This is our absolute favorite hotel in Anaheim! The front of house staff is absolutely amazing. They always greet you with a smile and are always beyond helpful with any questions or issues that may arise. The rooms are clean, and some of the softest carpet I've ever felt in a hotel. You can't beat the location either, whether you're there for the parks, convention center, or sporting events. We won't stay anywhere else.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property and it looks very pretty from the outside but it just does not work well inside. They advertise transportation to Disneyland but you are using the public bus system and good luck getting the bus to come on a regular schedule or not passing you up. We tried four days to use the bus system and each time the bus will not come or will go off it's route or just skip you. Also comes about ever 45 minutes if you can try to actually get on it. The food was 2 stars at best. The breakfast tasted about as good as a low price hotel. Just the standard watery eggs, overcooked luke warm french toast, weird looking sausage. The menu to order from did not have a great selection either. The "coffee shop" and convient tore has basically nothing in it and closes at 6 and it is also far from the hotel itself and isn't by the lobby. You have to walk down the driveway. The only good thing about this place is the beds. The blankets were thick and beds were very comfortable but that is about it. Skip this place and stay somewhere better for the price.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Location is perfect, right across the street from Disneyland, an easy walk to The Garden Walk and Anaheim Convention Center and lots of great restaurants. Staff are top-tier! They are professional, warm and friendly, efficient and always ready with a cheerful greeting and ready to help with any situation. From front desk check in to the wonderful housekeeping team, to the A+ team in the M Club for Bonvoy members…staff here sets a high standard. We stay at Marriott properties at all levels and from Coast to Coast, and we can tell you that no place matches the team here. The rooms are beautiful. Large, great use of space, large bathrooms with great water pressure rainfall showers and a separate beautiful bathtub, double sinks and lots of plush towels…and a scale. The beds here are just heavenly! Seriously, we always love Westin beds wherever we are and these seemed extra plush and comfortable, you simply sink into them. Beautiful property, stunning lobby, great outdoor pool and hot tub. This is our second stay here in a month! It’s become our go-to place when we’re in the area. So many great staff, but special shout outs to Duncan at the Front desk and Tony in the M Club and Concierge Desk. Thank you for making our stay incredible!
