Several months into renting a private office, I've watched this building shape into something incredible! Everyone is here to work, but also to help you in any way possible. Professional, yet fun. Something you don't see very often- something you don't want to let go of once you have. It's so much more than co-working, private offices, and event rooms. The owner allows creativity in spaces and has designed an inspiring environment to feel comfortable in your work. Congrats to this new downtown staple, and thank you for providing what we all need! Organic relationships, genuine connections and a very, very welcoming workplace!

So will have to change my review based on multiple factors: 1) no contracts and based on the emotional feeling of those in charge 2) tried contacting lady in charge multiple times months ago to almost never get ahold of her to clear some next steps by her; took weeks for her to follow up 3) she got defensive and said tried to say they are full and not accepting events but when we were in (at least 15 times), we almost never saw others working there [we had also planned these events and mentioned them in Dec with plans for the full 2024 year; they knew and it was well laid out & originally FULLY accepted by both founders/owners] 4) how they treated two respected friends of ours on a WHIM within 2 days, told us everything about them 5) their first fridays made us extremely uncomfortable and they didn't seem to notice or care.

If you don't mind not having any contracts or don't mind needing to move everything out in ONE day...then maybe this is the place for you? ? This is over the course of being there and watching the people in charge (or the repercussions of it) for about 10 months.

I've been renting a private office here for several months now, and absolutely love it. Being a work-from-home business owner, this space has opened up opportunities to meet with clients in a professional environment, take calls and video chats privately, AND connect with other professionals and attend events during the in-between work times. Beautiful space with kind people. I'm so grateful that I've found The Next Us!

I've visited a few times now and it's a great networking space! They have lots of options for co-working spaces to rent from small parties to larger gatherings. My favorite rooms are the ones with the glass walls and the super unique wood tables. The owners are clearly passionate about what they do. They must be renovating because it looked much nicer when I was there last week (and it didn't look bad to start)!

What a great space! So versatile and accommodating for individuals and big groups. Came here for a meeting upstairs and really enjoyed the space.

The owners are so kind and they really want to make this location something special. They're currently renovating the basement and a few other rooms but have multiple spaces available to suit varying needs. Would highly recommend ?
