We have stayed at this property almost once a month autocrossing. Our last eight day stay was perfect. Seems to get better with each visit! Krishna at the front desk is the best to start off a great stay. Ashley in the cafe always makes breakfast enjoyable and remembers our special requests. Danish in the concierge lounge is fantastic, and he has a bright future in hospitality as a Marriott intern. Quiet, excellent housekeeping, and we will be back!!!

Great service! Great stay! Thank you to Ivee at the front desk for anticipating my family’s needs as we walked through the door! It was so late at night and we were so tired and grumpy, but Ivee made sure extra blankets were on their way to our room before we even got to the elevator! So refreshing to have that kind of compassionate care!

The room was clean and had character. It didn't have a microwave in the room but it did have one in the laundry room on the floor so it was okay. No freezer, but the fridge was so cold it froze everything anyways. It was a great location, easy walking distance to many things. The service is what was lacking. They didn't give us as flight crew hotel points which is super disappointing as 99% of other hotels do, they also seemed almost annoyed that we asked. I went to the restaurant for a dinner and the staff there was NOT friendly and made me feel super uncomfortable and awkward, as well as the salad and soup I ate was so bad I couldn't even finish it. It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at by any means, but the service there really brought the place down a level.

The front desk lady with brown eyes, black hair and a brown skin tone was very rude. She doesn’t care about hospitality at all. We (my friend and I doing Uber eats) tried to deliver the food to the guest upstairs that was a tired and had a hard time walking. She didn’t let us and didn’t seem to care. Very rude with an attitude towards us for being ubereats! She told us to leave it upfront where anyone can pick up!! I am in disbelief that a person like that works upfront. Ad a result, we didn’t get that tip. Also, my dad stays there when he visits me in town. I’ll make sure he doesn’t do business with Marriott Lincoln Downtown anymore! What a shame!

Very nice hotel. The beds were really comfortable or I was really tired that night ?. In any case it definitely served its purpose. I appreciate that it also has a Starbucks inside as well so we were able to grab us something on the way out before hitting the road. The service was good was well did not have any issues checking in or out. They were also able to accommodate my request to check in early (1:30) so we could get ready for a graduation. Would recommend.
