Location is nice. Tons of places nearby you can go on foot. Very lively at night.||Room is kinda busy and small. Refrigerator and microwave are there. Bed and lines are good. Hotel deco is nice. Staff is awesome friendly. Free coffee and water at lobby. Kinda noises until bars are closed.. I think it became quiet around 10 or 11..||I would stay there again.

My husband and I were so surprised to find this little jewel. It was so classy and historical. The servers at the restaurant/lounge were so nice and the food was great. We got our morning walk in right on the creek side path directly behind the hotel and there was an amazing coffee shop 2 doors down. What a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Denver.

I came here with my boyfriend for Memorial weekend for a quick getaway 2024. The whole experience from the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we drove away was a completely exquisite experience. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. Upon check in we received a box of delicious cupcakes and bottled water for our room. Our room was very clean very comfortable and well just perfect. There was very little need for any interaction with the hotel staff as everything was perfect but the few times we had the opportunity the staff was so courteous helpful and on top of it. I regret not getting more names but top notch crew from top to bottom. We had breakfast every morning on the patio from Bridgewater Grille. Lucas was our bartender server every morning and he made the whole experience so incredible! That one is definitely a keeper! The food was perfectly prepared and definitely some fun interesting things on the menu. The whole experience was just phenomenal! Thank you Golden Hotel for making my weekend feel like a 2 week vacation! ❤️❤️❤️

We held our wedding ceremony at the Golden Hotel and the entire experience could not have been more perfect. From the moment we chose this as our venue, the team was communicative and accommodating - even throughout my many questions and requests. Dustin and his entire team worked with us to bring our vision to life and made sure we felt organized and calm on our big day. We also had our wedding block at the hotel and it was a fantastic experience. Our guests loved the centrality of everything and had nothing but good things to say about the amenities, cleanliness, and overall experience of staying at the hotel. Our ceremony was breathtaking and perfect. We couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else and can't wait to come back to remember it for years to come.

We stayed here as part of our Grand Prix weekend. The location was excellent for the bus station. Great service at the hotel special mention for diner resturant staff. The food was also excellent. Recommend a stay.

My family and I eat at the Bridgewater Grill in the Golden Hotel often. We ate their towards the end of June, and then came back and ate there again on July 5th. When I drove out of the hotel parking lot after our meal, I got a text message from the parking company indicating my session was 250+ hours long, and I would be charged $195.99. The parking system is entirely automated, and it for some reason marked my car as having been parked there for nearly two weeks. I guess it didn't register when I left the lot after the first time we dined there in June. I immediately pulled the car over and went inside to speak to the hotel staff and get it sorted out. The person at the desk said there was no manager available, then went into the back to ask somebody about it. She came back out and said it was no problem, write down my license plate number, name, phone number, and a manager would take care of it and call me. Not to worry, my card would not actually be charged. Sure enough, my card was charged the full amount. A manager never called, and obviously never fixed the problem. I went back and forth with the parking company over the next five days, and they said they were going to refund the money but never did. So I tried the hotel again, by phone this time. The person on the other end could not have cared less about helping me. They said there was no manager available and there would not be one until Monday (this was on a Thursday.) She told me I should just call my bank and dispute the charge. Golden Hotel - be problem solvers. This happened on your property, so is your responsibility. I expect better. This should have been such an easy problem to fix, but since you didn't care enough to handle it, here I am leaving a review. Will not be returning to the hotel to eat or stay, and will advise others to avoid as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect - walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and short driving distance to lots of local attractions. The rooms were spacious and staff were super friendly.
