Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Savannah-Fluß. Endlich mal kein 08-15 Hotel wie sonst in den USA. Sehr schönes Backsteingebäude mit stylischer Einrichtung, Holzböden in den Zimmern und nicht diese ekelhaften Teppiche...Richtig schöne Duschen und nicht die übliche Wasserspritze in einer Badewanne.||Auf dem Dach eine nette Bar mit Terrasse, offenem Feuer und Blick auf den Fluß. Zu Fuß 3 Minuten zum historischen Distrikt, netten Restaurants usw. Die Preise sind wohl etwas höher als üblich, lohnt sich aber, wenn man Wert auf ein hübsches Hotel legt.

Dem Savannah-Stil komplett angeglichen - wartet tatsächlich keine horse-driven carriage vor der Tür? Nein, aber es gibt Türsteher, die höflich und ruhig ihre Hilfe anbieten. Hinter dem Hotel fließt der breite Savannah-River entlang, riesige Containerschiffe gleiten vorbei. ||Das Hotel besitzt eine Bar mit angeschlossenem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und eine schöne Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind groß, besitzen altmodische aber komplett eingerichtete Bäder - alles in allem - ein Wohngenuss.

Absolutely loved the entire experience! My Hubby booked this hotel for my birthday weekend, such a win! The hotel staff rolled out the red carpet and it seemed like everyone in the hotel knew it was my birthday. The food at Coastal 15 was spectacular, we dined there for breakfast both days we stayed. Valet parking was too easy and we didn't need our car much thanks to this amazing hotel location. Not to mention a Starbucks right across the street?! A huge plus! Rooftop was super lit, great view of the river and we had a ball celebrating my birthday vibes. Such a great hotel, we even bought branded Stanley cups during our stay. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making this such a memorable birthday celebration!

We arrived on Monday night 11 pm and we had the most amazing greeting! The young lady who helped us was a total gem! Great customer service and made our hotel experience so special for me husbands birthday ! She was very helpful and definitely knows and loves her job you can tell she is a great employee and represents the hotel so well ! Hospitality is definitely a gift ! The room was beautiful… we absolutely loved the eclectic decor ! Loved the details of everything down to the shampoo ! Definitely a must see hotel

We drove in and didnt get to the hotel till 9:30pm. The hotel is beautiful. Check in was smooth. We had a river view room with a balcony.....if you can, get the balcony. The view is amazing. I was told when we were leaving they have champagne every day at 4 in the lobby? Was not told this at check-in. I definitely would have joined in for that. Beds are comfy. Room is clean. Location is in the middle of River Street which was perfect. Loved the roof top bar. We went there after our long trip. A woman yelled out to us, when we walked in, to order at the bar what we wanted because shes alone and wont be able to get our order at the tables outside....there was only 3 tables occupied. Little uncomfortable at that comment. We placed our order and went outside to a table. The bartender was a very nice man who brought our food over and checked on us. I wish the tip went to him only because the waitress was useless. I would go back to the hotel in the future.

The Savannah location is underwhelming compared to others from the Kessler Collection.|We've stayed at the Greenville, SC property a couple times and at the St Augustine hotel once. So, our expectations were high.|The contrast in service was the biggest disappointment. On every level. Nothing about any of our encounters, nor observations, was Kessler quality. Our guest room was clean & had nice amenities we've come to expect but it was super dark. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, but at $200 for two of us (and we don't drink alcohol), it's pretty pricey, albeit tasty. Being welcomed with a $51/night valet parking bill wasn't awesome, either. At $400/night after all the taxes, fees, parking, etc. this is a hard pass next time around. Had the staff been more welcoming, friendly, professional and polished, it would have been easier to overlook some of the other mediocrity.

My wife and I booked the Bohemian Savannah for a 3 night trip. We are Bonvoy members and have stayed at Autograph hotels before but not Bohemian. I had read that it is a nice, but pricy boutique hotel and we were excited about the trip. The river view room rate is in the 750 per night range so our expectations were for that level of physical property and experience.

The hotel has an excellent location and the valet crew were very nice and accommodating, especially Cedric. The daily parking charge is the highest I have paid anywhere else and I had a very uncomfortable feeling about where my high end car would be parked when I asked the location and got evasive answers.

The room was a disappointment on several levels. First as soon as we exited the elevator on the 6th floor you could smell the dusty moldy smell. The rooms were no different and we were unable to find any ventilation system anywhere which we believe to be the cause throughout the room floors.

The furnishings were not high quality but seemed to be gimmicky to provide an ambiance relative to the Bohemian “style” of the property rather than quality. The bedside tables are “campaign “ chests without drawers which are almost non existent. The front of the vanity was loose and we kept pushing it back out of fear it would collapse on our legs while using the sink.

We arrived on Thursday and on Saturday afternoon I had to ask for room cleaning and fresh towels and the response was almost as if they were waiting on us to ask with the hope we would not. For 750 plus plus a night, room cleaning and fresh linens should not only be expected but required. I have since read reviews that leads me to believe that this is a game this hotel is playing to trim costs.

At check in, after booking a river front room, I asked what upgrades or room differences there may be as I was willing to pay extra for a nicer room. I was told that no there were no upgrades and our room was the best only to learn we had a small stained window view while the adjoining rooms had balconies. I expect honesty always and I was not told the truth.

I tend to believe that this Bohemian is an anomaly based on local staff. At least I hope this is the case.

We got the distinct impression that this property is operated almost on “autopilot “ and not with onsite professional hotel staff like other high end hotels that Marriott operates.

I would consider the Bohemian brand in a different city but will not ever book the Bohemian in Savannah again.

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. It’s right on the river front, making it easy to walk around to all the restaurants and shops. I love the restaurant on the first floor and I hear the rooftop is great too… I really need to get myself up there!

The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms have a very moody decor, kind of like it’s from an old castle. I love it. And they have a fitness center on the 3rd in case you need to squeeze in a little gym time.
