Our stay was a 10/10! The staff were accommodating, helpful and very friendly! Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was VERY comfortable! Me and my husband both agreed we had the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. Our room was so comfy that we didn’t want to leave haha. We will definitely be staying here aging!

With so many choices in the area, this has become our go to stay place when visiting family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Bed and pillows were good. My only complaint - the lighting in the bathroom (s) isn’t great - in fact, it’s awful! The breakfast is fine and a great, easy way to start your day. Amenities (pool, exercise room) are more than adequate for our stay. We will be back in the Spring.

There were a few issues, but they were all resolved. I liked the rooms, which were very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. Good location not far from shopping and dining and movies. Right off of 476, it's easy to get to. There is a swimming pool and workout room.

After being shuttled around to my third room because the first room smelled like urine the second room the toilet rocked and had urine on it. The third room was fine. Don’t expect to get that $50 deposit back because they never gave it back to me. I ended up paying 180 some dollars for one night stay! The food was good! I tipped everyone really well and they never gave me my $50 deposit back

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect for our needs. We will definitely choose to stay here for future nearby events.

Rooms are beautiful and cleanly. The front desk was great at check in and then the service turned poor in a couple hours. My rate was changed and I was able to have the awful pleasure speaking to Michael the manager on duty and he proceeded with ignorance and a horrible attitude regarding the government discount that was previously applied to the hold on my card. Once we thought everything was squared away, come to find out he went in and changed all of the rates to our rooms charging our cards over $100 more than we expected to pay. Mind you we were dealing with this during a wedding. AWFUL! Will never stay at another Marriott if these are the managers they stand behind.

Room was dirty, we pulled out the tru ndle bed and found headphones, crumbs of food, nuts, and a half eaten oreo. At $200/night in the boondocks, that is unacceptable. Pool was OK, small but cool. Breakfast was delicious: eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, different beverages.

This is one of the best Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in. While it took a bit to get the room temperature cool enough (due to the HVAC systems being activated by motion sensors), the service in this hotel was superior! The staff was very attentive to this A/C concern and promptly addressed requests including a situation that arose with our reservation and others with whom we were traveling. The rooms were clean and comfortable otherwise. This would be my choice hotel should I return to this area.
