Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.

As a Florida family evacuating from Milton, we were under a lot of stress during our recent stay at the Four Seasons in Greensboro, a place we frequently stay when visiting the area. This hotel is a staple for us, particularly because it’s always very clean and dependable. As Titanium Elite members, we appreciate the family suite with its two bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone.

While the accommodations met our expectations, the atmosphere from the staff was lacking. Although our stay was pleasant in most respects, the hotel staff could work on being more welcoming. Out of several encounters, only one staff member appeared to be in good spirits and engaging with the guests. For a hotel of this caliber, a warm and friendly demeanor from staff would elevate the experience. That said, we continue to choose this hotel for its cleanliness and familiarity.

Jordan, at front desk was very pleasant, helpful and handled our concerns efficiently. I will definitely stay here again. Room was comfortable and clean. Pillows slept wonderfully. Parking|Was well lit. Also had a meal in the Skyline restaurant . The restaurant was my only disappointment. Slow service and food came out cold.

I stayed here twice as a stop over traveling to VA Beach from far western NC. The front staff and bellman service was friendly, accommodating, and prompt. We had incredible views of the area from our large room on the 26th floor. The bed provided a great sleep. The soaps and shampoo provided were delightful, so much so my wife bought some for home. The in room fridge was not the typical hotel mini fridge, but a really decent size. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

I recently stayed at this hotel during GHOE weekend! It was amazing! The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. The customer service was exceptional! They truly made all guests feel welcomed! The hotel is located near the coliseum, restaurants, a mall, as well as the local colleges and universities. On the 3rd floor was a pop up shop that had an array of vendors selling NC A&T apparel! Due to the heavy traffic finding parking was a bit hectic, but after a few circles around the parking lot we were able to find a spot. The exterior was well lit and safe. Overall, I had such an incredible experience and will definitely return! I highly recommend!

Being a Marriott brand Platinum member for many years, I have stayed at Sheraton hotels all over. Sheraton used to be an iconic hotel chain. If this one is any indication, now I know why they are no longer highly regarded.||The hotel is physically attractive. The lobby is bright, open, and there are some interesting pieces of art to be viewed. There are lots of staff in the lobby area. My room was fairly large, had a nice view (I was on the 20th floor), there was both a small refrigerator and a safe in the room, and the hotel provides recycling facilities. The carpet was a little bit worn, but the room was basically clean. The bathroom had some nice amenities. There was an ice machine in the hallway.||The customer service side is entirely different. On the day I arrived, I needed to get more towels for my room at around 9 p.m.. I pushed the "Guest Services" button on my phone (please see photos attached to this review) which dialed an internal number, I could hear it ring, but no one picked up. I assumed that they were busy, waited a half-hour and called again. After the phone rang for a while, there was a recorded message saying to leave a message or to send an email to the guest services department. I found this odd, but did leave a message. After the 4th attempt, I tried calling the hotel's external phone number (336 292-9161) using my cellphone. I navigated through the phone menu to the the front reception desk. No one picked up. Eventually, I got dressed and managed to find the hotel's gym where I took a couple of towels for my room, an old trick I had learned from traveling for many years.||The next morning I called Guest Services (this time they picked up). I asked to speak to a manager to report what had happened. When they transferred my call to the manager-on-duty, no one picked up. I had to repeat this two more times until finally, on the 3rd call, a manager came on the phone. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the obvious (repeated) breakdowns in customer service. The man could not explain the issues. He apologized profusely and promised to investigate and then get back to me. I never heard from him again, even though I was at the hotel for two more days. ||Being Platinum, we ate breakfast in the Sheraton Club lounge on the top (28th) floor. On the last day of my stay, there was a note on the lounge door saying that breakfast would be served in a room on the ground floor. When I went to find the room, the man at reception on the ground floor told me to go to a specific restaurant (this is a conference hotel, there are 2 or 3 restaurants available). However, this restaurant was closed. He called his supervisor, but that person was no help either. Eventually, I found a customer walking in the main lobby who pointed me to the correct location. It was about a 10-minute walk, involving walking down long hallways. To my astonishment, there were no signs along the way to guide me. While walking back to the elevators to go up to my room after finishing my breakfast, I noticed 2 people wandering around apparently looking for something. They were searching for the Platinum lounge, so I was able to help them. They openly expressed their frustration with the lack of posted directions.||There were, in addition, other issues with staff service during my stay.||This is a large hotel with over 500 rooms spread out over several buildings. Customer service does not seem to be an important part of their mission.

My name is Yasa Jasim, and I am reaching out to discuss a troubling encounter my mother and I had with one of your HR employees. We believe her behavior reflected both disrespect and possible discrimination.

My mother is interested in reapplying for a position at your hotel after leaving last year due to family issues. We visited two weeks ago to inquire about the rehiring process and were advised to apply online and follow up.

When we returned to check on the status of her application, we encountered an employee whom I believe is named Catherine in the HR department. My mother, who speaks limited English, politely expressed her desire to check on her application. However, Catherine was dismissive and unhelpful. When my mother requested to speak with Mr. Brian, one of the managers at Sheraton hotel, Catherine denied the request several times, saying Mr. Brian might not be available. After I asked her to try calling, she made a call, wrote something on a sticky note, and informed us with an attitude that she would pass it to Ms. Dana, the HR manager.

Feeling discouraged, my mother attempted to leave, but I confronted Catherine about her rudeness. She responded, “Because you came in here trying to tell me what to do, and I am telling you I can't help you, and you are wasting my time.” I clarified that we were merely inquiring and emphasized that her behavior was unwarranted.

Additionally, I observed her treating another Muslim woman with similar disdain during our prior visit. This raises serious concerns about her professionalism and potential bias.

HR should foster a welcoming environment, and it is disheartening to witness such behavior from an employee in this department. I hope you will take this matter seriously, as it reflects on the values of your organization. Given this experience, I will reconsider choosing Sheraton Hotels and advise others to do the same. If the back end of the hotel operates like this, I wonder how the front-end staff treats customers.

I hope this message reaches Sheraton's corporate team and that appropriate action is taken.

Thank you for your attention.
