I’m currently enjoying the pleasure of staying at this hotel in downtown Fort Worth for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect if you want to be in the heart of downtown, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff.
SAMANTHA at the front desk deserves special recognition for her warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the area. When I needed assistance setting up my workspace in my room, SAMANTHA and RUDY from the engineering team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and helped me get set up.
Their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is truly commendable. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to seamlessly balance work and relaxation during my stay. SAMANTHA AND RUDY are indeed gems, and I look forward to my next visit.

I have to say that I was absolutely impressed. We stayed in the King Bed suite with access to the club lounge. It was very roomy, and had plenty of lounging areas. We typically stay at the Omni, But Sheraton has definitely made a believer out of me. I look forward to visiting again.

I must make a special reference to Anthony. He is the reason that overall experience became top tier. He was extremely kind and accommodating. His role as a concierge definitely shows that he has what it takes to propel his career within the industry.

Renovations were nice but overall it was a poor experience from start to finish. Booked a king studio suite with club level access. At check in I asked about the club level and was just told where it was. Got there and our keys wouldn’t work. Went back to front desk and asked and the employee asked me why I thought i should have access. Told him that’s what we booked he said ok you must have been upgraded -but we were not - not sure why he couldn’t bother to verify that. Tried to show him my booking confirmation but he didn’t look at it. He rekeyed cards and we tried again and still didn’t work. Had to go to front desk a third time to finally get it right. Bedding and mattress were not comfortable at all. Sheet’s were super stiff and scratchy and mattress was a nightmare. Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom were empty bottles and soap was almost out as well. Housekeeping came on day one and took dirty towels and didn’t replace them at all so had to call front desk. Ordered a ceasar salad from room service and got lettuce and croutons with no dressing so had to call front desk again. Last but not least the elevators were not working well on our final night- our daughter got stuck in one and it kept dropping floors - it was terrifying. Tried using help button in elevator and no one responded. She was able to call me on her phone crying and I kept trying to get thru to front desk but no one answered there either. Finally my husband and another man were able to get her off. (His wife and daughter were stuck in the other elevator). I won’t book here again - really wanted to like this hotel because the location is good and renovations are nice but not worth it at all. Employees were nice but just didn’t seem like they knew what there were doing.

The recent renovations have made this hotel feel brand new! The staff at checkin set things off on the right foot with a quick and flawless checkin. The lobby is beautiful and airy. ||I was upgraded to a large bedroom suite that was simply amazing. The decorations and furnishings in the room were impeccable. The living room had a large sectional and nice wet bar area and the bedroom was also large with an extremely comfortable bed. There were two pullout sofas, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was a decent size and impeccably clean. The rooms are also virtually soundproof which is a huge positive. ||All in all this Sheraton knocked it out of the park with their recent renovations. The updates were modern yet classic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ft. Worth.

The king sized room we picked was small, in the corner by the stairs, large coke stain on the wall by the door. Room had poor lighting and didn't have good natural light either so it was hard to see. We ordered room service one morning they didn't take the trash out even though we left it nicely by the door. Bathroom was cramped, doesn't have an exhaust. The pillows were so flat, and unsupportive. We asked for more at night the front desk guy said they don't have any. Then another employee came by said oh yeah we have a bunch. Like why lie, and he gave us some right away that second night.

Coffee bar person is nice but so slow service there. Definitely not worth your time.

Valet was the worst. They force you to valet, like ok, fine. Then tips etc...day of checkout (Sunday morning) we waited a long with more than 20 others for more than an hour. The person handling the keys and coordinating with valet drivers couldn't even find our keys and kept tending to other guests. It was so frustrating. I went and complained to the front desk to get some help over to valet because all these people including ourselves were waiting, the front desk said sorry can't help you. Like what the heck, who does that. If I was management I would say all hands on deck at the valet in whatever way we can. People have places to be. You can't staff valet that's mandatory short on a Sunday, the day where most people checkout.

We would not stay here again. Also the food wasn't great, we ate the restaurant one night as well. It's below average. I ordered a drink and it didn't come. My wife finally asked for it. They brought it, it was watered down sitting by the bar sweating glass. I was just going to not pay for it and not drink it. They forced me to pay for it even though they didn't provide it on time and in good quality, and mind you we were one of 6 in the restaurant that night.

I repeat, don't stay here. They don't care about you. They don't have quality service. Especially for 100 plus a night.

This was my first time staying at this location and I would absolutely stay again! I was in town for RTAG and it was a perfect location to walk to the convention. It is a beautiful hotel! Very modern and luxurious. Anthony at the front desk checked us in and was the MOST helpful. Chisa in the bonvoy lounge was outstanding! She made us feel right at home and she had amazing service! I will absolutely be back!

The service was good and Valet crew was excellent! That is, up until the reservation ending day was wrong and they locked us out after I had called down to the front desk when the AC was not working properly ?. I was assured everything was okay to discover it wasn't when I returned. The females at the front desk need to be trained a little longer. However valet was exceptional

My work was there for a conference.
1. There was a glitch in the computer system.
2. Our reservations were no where to be found.
3. They were gracious enough to book us again at the conference price.
4. My room was clean and cozy. My mini fridge had the previous guest's food in it. They came pretty quickly to clean that up. Mr. Anthony was very polite as was all the staff.
5. Checkout day came. We checked out and receipts showed that we got charged more than what they had quoted us at AND even though we turned in tax exempt forms, we were charged taxes. They didn't want to change the prices to the conference price (which is what they had quoted us).
So frustrated because I was charged about double what I was supposed to be charged.
