The management at Runway is composed of bunch of under qualified people who are not only terrible in communication but they also do not refrain from engaging in nonsense drama with the tenants when they are the ones who are accountable for mistakes and problems that are effecting people living there.

If you are planning to live at this community be prepared for dealing with a careless general manager who will make you feel like you are not tenants of an upscale community but you are merely inmates who they have to deal with.

They would blame YOU if they lose packages and you visit the leasing office and complain about it. I lost multiple packages and complained about it, they retaliated by threatening me with an eviction.

You will spend 20-30 mins everytime you go to the package room to retrieve your package. Because it is extremely packed and unorganized, they did nothing to improve it for 2 years.

The hottubs in the community are working only part time, they are cold in the winter time and they wont fix them ever.

There are security in the community but they do nothing when super loud trashy people with their modified loud cars racing in front of your building at midnight.

Now I am trying to get a proper refund after leaving the place in pristine condition, but they wont give me proper refund. This is also what you may end up dealing with. They just DONT CARE.

I had a HORRIBLE experience living at runway and I advise everyone to refrain from living here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

if you're looking for noisy, rude, and OVERPRICED, this is your place. Runway is constantly throwing parties and events with zero regard for tenants - blaring speakers playing awful music, annoying microphone with singers and MCs, and lots of kids screaming nonstop for hours. we have to leave the house. they didn't bother to mention this at the tour. more noise from all the STOMPING above all day and night. slamming cabinets from neighbors - for this price you'd think you'd at least get soft close cabinets? there is a giant LED ad that disturbs us all night and the owner does nothing about it even though they own that too - just greedy business people who want to maximize every square inch no matter how uncomfortable it makes tenants. HOT WATER is a problem, and there is black mold all over the showers also for our neighbors, we're told it's normal!

the place is managed by ill-mannered people who really do not care about you. maybe they pick and choose who they are nice to? they enter units without notice or permission all the time, it's the reason why so many of us have the ring camera up. they ignore your complaints, deny, and act like they can do whatever they want as if they are not supposed to follow LA laws. overall nothing special about living at Runway. just choose a different building.

I strongly advise against moving into this building.

There is a severe ant infestation that has been ongoing for months.

The problem became so bad that I had to throw away all my rugs and belongings because the infestation was too heavy to manage. The management’s only solution has been to spray units with harsh chemicals, which is especially problematic for us since our child has health conditions and cannot tolerate pesticides. Despite multiple requests to be moved to a non-infested unit, our requests have been denied.

Management even admitted that many (many) units in the building are affected. If you're looking for a healthy and pest-free living environment, this is definitely not the place. Avoid moving here!

I recently received a tour of Runway's properties from Keri Moody. I was not only impressed with the property and amenities, but also with the experience Keri provided. She was welcoming, informative, and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in living at Runway to connect with Keri to receive a great experience.

We moved out of our apartment this spring, and I would not return. Upon move-in, we were told there was a 70-point inspection done. Well, we had a shower that did not drain, a sink with very slowly draining water that eventually became standing water, no spinner in our dishwasher, and an oven/stove top that was not sufficiently cleaned.

While living at Runway, the guest bathroom sink would go through periods of smelling really bad to the point that I tried avoiding using that bathroom. At some point, we were also blamed for animal feces found on the balcony of the apartment(s) below us. Instead of discussing the issue and asking us questions regarding it, they immediately blamed us and threatened to charge us. After being unable to prove it was us (which it wasn't), and conceding it was possible that it was from a previous tenant, they finally gave up, but the situation was not handled appropriately on Runway's part.

Be prepared for fire alarms to go off on a regular basis, along with multiple maintenance issues that interrupt your day, especially if you work from home.

The package room was a disaster while we lived there. It was so messy and disorganized, and it often took several minutes to find our packages. I also often did not get access codes to the package room, so I had to call the leasing office to request a code just to get into the room. If you receive packages on a regular basis, this could be a major issue.

Our moving out process was also a nightmare, and the leasing office refused to be accommodating. They refused to advertise or even show our apartment until we vacated the premise. They blamed their computer systems for not being able to market the unit while we lived there. We offered to list the apartment on our own but they said we wouldn't be able to list a price because they didn't know the market value. Despite all this, soon after providing our 60-day notice, so still while paying rent there, they (not-so-shockingly) figured out a way to market our unit and put a list price on it.

The PV neighborhood is nice, but I would never return to, or recommend, the Runway apartments to anyone.

Sometimes the leasing people have a superiority complex,
and inept and inexperienced and think they are on top of
of their kingdom, Bozzuto keeps on being ignorant of the running
of this particular Building, what a pity I would never be an investor
of this particular building RUNAY 12760 Milenium Dr. Playa Vista
