Overall for a Regus this one is pretty good. The receptionist is helpful, there’s free parking, and the urban center is pretty cool - with a coffee shop and activity area.

It was a great place to stop in to work for a bit.

I have rented space from Regus for several years. We were reasonably happy with the facility until I recently noticed that they have been billing us for beverage services that we did not know we had or have used, costing over a thousand dollars! When we first started renting, we told them we did not want the service, and until a recent review of our billing, we didn't realize we had been paying $80/month for a service we didn't know we had. When I tried to work out a compromise with the company, they were ridiculously uncompromising about refunding any of our money. They should be ashamed! BE AWARE OF THEIR UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES!

UPDATE: After the Regus "Response from the owner" they contacted me and said their policies don't allow them to credit me for any of the unscrupulous billing. I guess their policy is also not to empathize with their customers' point of view!

Excellent venue and even better service from Janice and all of the Regus team. Truly made our business meeting impactful by removing all obstacles to a successful meeting. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating and truly did everything we needed. Thank you!

I am truly Amazed with this office space the building is beautiful! I have been here for about 3 weeks now have not had one bad experience. The front office staff are truly super sweet, they always greet you with a big smile and of course a good morning! ( I think their names are Ashley And Yaremis) they always ask if there is anything they can do to make my experience here more conformable. When I was having Printing issues Ashley was quick to reach out to there IT and find a solution.I highly recommend this office space. thank you Regus! for the amazing office and staff you have supplied your tenants with.

First, I'll share the positive about Regus. It is convenient, the facility is clean and modern, and they offer a variety of options for every stage of your business.

With that said, there is a serious people and process problem with Regus. We had issues from the very start with this center regarding improper billing and the inability of Regus staff to pick up the phone. Of the 17 times I called over the course of November, only once did someone answer the phone and of the 16 voicemails I left, only one was returned.

When it comes to billing, they don't disclose in advance that they will bill you a full 30-days prior to the month in which you will consume the services. For example, we were set to begin with a private office on 12/1/2021. We were given access to their portal at the beginning of November, however, "billing" was not turned on for us to be able to see invoices. When I was finally able to see invoices on 12/1 (after repeated calls and emails asking for it to be fixed), I noticed they invoiced the December "rent" on November 1st with a due date of November 15th and then since we didn't pay it (ya know, we never got the invoice), they charged us a $70+ late fee. They have refused to admit they made an error and have flatly refused to remove the late fee. I would love to say I know who I've been emailing with, however, they lack the professional courtesy of including their names when they email you from the shared center inbox.

In closing, I would strongly discourage anyone from working with Regus. They are not upfront about their policies, the lack of basic professionalism with regard to communication is severely lacking, and when they make a mistake they will not do the right thing and fix it.

Regus is a scamming, criminal enterprise with sloppy work ethic who will treat you like garbage. Here is what happened to me.

I purchased a coworking subscription from them, believing it was 24 hour access. Why? All Google listings show 24 hour access. There is also no mention of the actual hours when you go to buy a coworking subscription on the website. It cheekly claims, "where you want and when you want."

I went to book at a location near me, and the person of that location called and said they only open 8 am to 5pm. I called the general sales line and they told me that the hours for all locations coworking are the same. The 24 hours access is listed for people who buy a dedicated office.

They will not refund me and are writing generic responses that I agreed to pay.

They straight up lied. I'm sure there was something in the fine print that covers them on that level, but it is FALSE advertising, which I am pretty sure is illegal. They should be sued in a class action lawsuit.

Terrible experience here at the Regus location in Westshore. First day here the staff doesn't tend to show you around on anything; printer, meeting rooms, trash area. You're left in the dust after you sign your lease agreement. They sold us on the copy/printing, and I had to ask how to connect to printer, and the staff member, Ashley sent me over directions on how to connect the driver. After I told her it didn't work, she sent me the phone number for their printer company to talk to.. So after being on the phone with the printer company for over an hour, they realized it wasn't my computer, it was that Regus put a restricted code that isn't allowing new users. I told Ashley, she contacted their IT, and I have to consistently ask for updates as she doesn't know how to follow-up well. She said it's 72 hours until she gets a response from their IT...

In our lease we were told that there was a free small conference room, and that room is non-existent. She said it was a first come first serve room that needed to be book the day of the meeting, when that day came I asked her how to book and she said they sold the "conference room" space and there isn't a free one anymore to be provided.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! RUN!!! Staff is brand new.... And do not tend to your needs nor care once you're in the lease.

Chris was our leasing agent, and he is no where responsive or no where to be found once the ink was dry and we signed our lease. I saw him once in the office and didn't bother to look at me after I reached out to him on e-mail for a question..

I am truly confused as to the negative reviews. I am been here for a couple of years and have not had a bad experience. I highly recommend this office space. Quite comfortable and convenient. The staff has always bent over backwards to accommodate any request I have had. They have answered all questions as I was moving in. I have not had problems with the printer, scanner, or phones. And, lastly, as a tenant here for the last couple years I do not recognize any of these "tenant" names.
