The staff is great!! That's probably the best part of being here. Some maintenance items took some time to get fixed but it wasn't the staff, they sent the ticket in immediately. Sure, maybe you can get better things, bells and whistles elsewhere but the staff really made the part.

I'm enjoying being a tenant here. The location is easy to find. The building has a gym for tenants.

We are on the 11th floor so the view is great!

The reception staff, Ilan and Priscilla, make everyone feel welcome.

I've been a customer just over 1 year. I wasn't sure at first! New to me. But I can attest the office is great, their staff are helpful professionals who -particularly at present - go out of their way to meet my needs, and the company itself consistently exceeds its promise. Let's face it, when you're a small company entrepreneur, it's about the people. When I walk off the elevator and I'm greeted by two smiling and helpful faces, people who drop what they're doing to help me, I know I made the right decision!

Once the sales team sold me on a lease and I could not get a hold of them anymore. The company is too big and no one knows what the other one is doing. I tried cancelling the 6 months contract but they only told me I had to contact the specific person who gave me the lease. This is the only person who knew that I wanted month to month. But they never responded to any of my emails. I regret ever doing business with this company. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

Our office was next to the managers and we always heard business owners complaining. Especially about not being able to vacate as they didn't give 3 months notice. We made sure to give 5 months notice so they had no excuses. Before you sign the contract they will bend over backwards, even remove stuff from the contract you don't want like business retention fees etc but they do a 360 once that contract is signed. We left the office spotless, in fact barely used it. The charged us a office painting fee, truth is they painted the office before we moved in. They will paint the office even if you only stay 3 months. That's how they profit, they also profit from rip-off expensive internet charges. I was charged $38 for 1 hour of internet. We vacated in September, It is now June and they keep telling me they will return our $1200 retainer. If you move in on the 3rd of the month they will not count those days in your contract, so you will end up paying 3 months and 27 days or 6 months and 27 days or 1 year and 27 days. They don't make it clear purposefully, as it makes them millions. Other providers are more honest and straightforward. We paid our rent and everything else on time and they are not answering emails about returning our retainer, infact as soon as we signed the contract they stopped responding to us. In fact I called the center manager a few weeks after signing the contract, I started to discuss the office with her she said let me call you back and she never did, i trying calling her back and she let it go to voicemail, never did get to speak to her. One of the things that annoyed me most was they can raise the office kitchen charges or internet charges during your contract, so we had a 1 years contract after 2 months the monthly fees went up and we had to pay more, this is not what we budgeted for and we expected a set amount for the whole contract period. after 2 months they made us start paying an extra $20 per person per month in kitchen fees. This should only have taken place if we signed a new contract after the fees went up, prices are not really fixed, which is tough for small businesses on a budget.

Stay away from this location, and Regus altogether. WeWork is better all around. I've had several mail forwarding and virtual office services in Los Angeles and out of state over the past two years, so my experience with Regus is a nightmare from a customer perspective. I was a customer of a great Regus location out of state and transferred my service to Regus Sepulveda center in October 2017 after relocating my business. I was signed up for mail forwarding plus. The Regus Sepulveda location totally botched the transfer. I was concerned when I had signed the new location agreement in Oct 2017 and had gotten zero response or follow up from the center despite several emails and calls (which had a mysterious busy signal and no voicemail option). I finally went in person to confirm that the transfer was successful and nothing further was needed on my end. Leila (front desk rep) said that her team shares an email inbox and sometimes get mixed up about which messages they respond to. (Red flag but I was assured it wouldn't happen again.) I received mail for a period of time but it stopped without notice or explanation a couple months ago. I called the center after I started receiving notices from third parties that mail was being returned to sender. When I called in, Leila said she stopped sending the mail because I was no longer on the active list and had no explanation for why my account was inactive. This was incongruous with my client dashboard information. I called Regus headquarters and was told by the Regus rep that the Sepulveda location had made a mistake and that they'd have to speak with upper management follow up with me. Headquarters left a voicemail saying to call them back. I called Regus headquarters this week and they said the issue had been marked as resolved without any additional notes or explanation. Really? Yep. I asked them to re-open the case and have a rep call me back. On a related note, Regus's client dashboard is clearly another mess entirely. I sent several customer service requests to update information and the inquiries would be marked "resolved" without direct contact to me or confirmation that the issue had been addressed (if I even got a response at all). Stay away from Regus Sepulveda (or at this point, the entire company). WeWork is worth every penny.
