I had a very disappointing experience with Regus office. I would not recommend Regus to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest office space solution. The billing and cancellation process is terrible. I spoke with a representative for clarification and finally ended the call without clear answers.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a co-working space. Their prices seem great until you actually start working there. They offer a free furniture option...that takes a full month to get delivered (1/12 of the year-long contract gone). They charge an outrageous $4.5/sq ft 'office restoration' fee that apparently didn't include cleaning the space before we arrived. They charge activation fees based on office size even if you don't actually *have* employees to activate. They charge a monthly fee if you want coffee, which is per person based on the office size...again even if you don't actually *have* employees. They charge for printing but don't advertise that anywhere (or list prices) until it hits your monthly bill. They reserve the right to charge extra in so many ways basically just at their discretion. When reading the contract, I thought this was them protecting themselves from bad actors, but it turns out it's a way to boost their revenue once you're on the hook.

Don't reward this kind of bait-and-switch tactics that deceive small business owners. I worked briefly at Progress Coworking before this and can say it's the opposite. The base prices are higher, but everything is simple with no hidden fees. Highly recommend finding a small, local option that's driven by community over profit.

This office space is very neat and tidy. Great coffee machine. Never had any real printer issues which can be a problem if it is consistently occurring. The customer service is top notch as well from the manager and front desk employees. Lavatories are clean. Soap ran out only once that I can remember the entire time my company has been here which is saying a lot. Also one of the best locations to take breaks and have lunch. A refrigerator and microwave for use that is always clean as well.

Been using this virtual office for years! So long that it would be a headache to switch to another location. Unfortunately, they’ve been double billing me for the same account and refusing to fix their mistake. It’s been very irritating and extremely stressful to say the least. They also sent the account to collections and it was reported to the credit bureaus! Everyone I’ve spoken to has acknowledged that its a mistake but still nobody will fix it. They keep demanding payment even though I’m currently paying them every month. This has been going on for seven or eight months now and I had to hire an attorney! I can’t believe they’re treating me like this after 7 years of loyalty. I’ll be canceling soon.

I currently have office spaces at the Regus Northfield that I leased after deciding to go out on my own as an attorney. The assistance and support that I received from Jazmine and Lily while starting a firm on my own is invaluable! They are wonderful ladies that are willing to help and support with anything a client may need to facilitate the use of office spaces. It has been a pleasure to work here thus far!

I wish I read the reviews before going with them. I signed up for a month to month virtual office and then switched to a physical office and they are telling me that I needed to separately cancel my virtual office so now I must pay for both the virtual office and a physical office. The customer service is nonexistent. All they want is short term money. They could have gained me as a long term client but they rather charge me for two memberships for a month. Terrible customer service.

They love their policies so read them throughly with your attorney. Do not sign long contract. They charge extra for most everything. My general feeling is they love their policies and dislike their customers.

I signed a contract for an office and was later told that office was no longer available, so my office ended up being more expensive then I originally planned. My office was never painted from the previous tenant, leaving a patch on the wall that I covered with a picture. I still had to pay the fee to have my office painted when I left. They switched their billing system and I wasn’t billed correctly, and charged a late fee I was never refunded for. This office is no help because they just blame everything on corporate office. I would not recommend Regus.
