I travel a lot for business and i am used to stay in many different hotel around the country.
Concerning this hotel :
Rooms are fine, location is OK aswell.
But the food is terrible,something like even a dog will not eat ! seriously. It s time for this hotel either to close the kitchen or to hire a real chef !
My 6 year old daughter food is better.
PLS do NOT eat there, at least for now ( October 8 2024 )
I will give them a second chance when I come back in December.

the 3 times that I ate there, the food was terrible. The spaghetti and meatballs is definitely not made from scratch. It appears to be purchased precooked from somewhere and reheated to be served to the customers. I expected better! The only good thing about the fish and chips was the fries. The fish was undercooked and the tartar sauce was horrible. One can find a better place to eat outside of this hotel. Bed bugs in room. Need I way more. Also no microwaves. Garbage food

A steal if you're looking for a nice room in a busy part of the Inland Empire. The customer service here was amazing and extremely helpful. The concierge was so nice in letting me check in early after I had arrived from a long trip. The rooms are so clean! Not amazing, but for the price you lay, how can you be mad. Wouldnt mind staying again.

I should have chosen this hotel first!

After having an awful experience with my first hotel, I booked this one for the rest of my week.

Very friendly customer service, even as far as management from what I experienced. They treated me as a guest and not simply a customer.

Weekend bartender N. was amazing! Despite the bar not being properly stocked, he ensured guest satisfaction, handled unhappy guests well, played great music, and enjoyed bar guest conversations!

They have parking lot security, a bar open to the public and a fantastic coffee shop with a wonderful employee, I made it a point to stop by when I could for both decent coffee and her lovely demeanor!

Despite the improvements that could be made here, I had no reason to complain, and any issues I had were handled kindly.

Thank you all for making my trip so much better after having to deal with my last hotel ♡

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and location is close to the airport. I've stayed here many times and it is my go-to place when I am in town

Special shout out to the bartender Maria ! She is always friendly and personable. I enjoy my conversations with her when I am here !

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Room service forgot to clean my room. The coffee bar downstairs is poorly staffed a d the coffee is just hotel style. Used to be Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Breakfast bar is sub standard for a hotel at this price point. Only 2 luggage carts and no Bell hop service.

Beautiful building and ground. But the room was somewhat of a disappointment. The bed was hard for a pillow-top mattress. There were two phones in the room, but only one worked. The toilet paper was terrible. The room was nothing really special-more like a boutique hotel. No TV schedule or guide. Just basic, nothing really special.

Room was fine but no refrigerator, no free breakfast, elevators didn't work, lobby is nice but the bar doesn't sell alcohol.
