Auf der Straße hatten wir unser Hotel.
Viel Baumaßnahmen wenig Verkehr. An der Börse vielleicht mal ein paar Leute mehr sonst nix besonderes.

10 von 10 kann ich nur empfehlen sieht dort sehr schön aus und der Laden eröffnet bald aber bis dahin bin ich nicht mehr da aber ist net schlimm komme nästes jahr wieder

Ruining the New York Stock Exchange bell, in addition to being a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity both professionally and for one’s business, has a lot of unknown benefits the NYSE has carefully crafted to make the experience even more meaningful. There is a reception area with 3 arch shaped digital monitors at least 15 feet high which display your company logo, then break into a little history of the origins and significance of the NYSE and the timing of the bell. There is a pulpit from which the host very personally and cordially welcomed and honors the group. Then company representatives are invited to share brief remarks and photo op. Then you walk onto the NYSE floor, then pose beneath the bell signing a bell ringing registry. More photos. Then you go up and ring the bell which is broadcast live across business news channels, then you get to sign a wall of tiles from executives who have gone before. You also receive a high quality commemorative coin. The whole thing is surreal and so well done.

We went to visit a family member living here. We enjoyed the restaurant with a terrace with an amazing view for residents only. We got drinks and appetizers. They had a vegan hummus There were people at the inside bar too. The pool was indoor and high up with a lifeguard. There were several exercise rooms we passed by.. The apartment had a nice private outdoor space .

A grand conversion project in FIDI. This is an ultimate test of FiDi as a residential area. Units are done beautifully, and amenities in the building seems promising. You cant beat whole foods and a high end department store in your doorstep. As convenient the FiDi is with all subway lines, it does get crowded and is busy with people and tourists. This building is iconic, however is priced higher than others around. Not recommended at this price.

여러분 보통 월가 하면 어떤게 떠오르시나요. 황소? 뉴욕증권 거래소? 투자은행? 보통 금융 쪽이 많이 떠오르시죠.
어느 날 Hudsonyard 라는 큰 프로젝트가 2012년에 시작되면서 월가 회사들은 고민에 빠집니다.
황소가 있는 여기에 있을것인가, 아니면 공항, 팬스테이션 과 이래 모로 통근하기 가까운 위치인 허슨 야드쪽으로 회사를 이전할것인가.
결국 많은 회사들이 허슨 야드로 모이게 되고 오피스 타운이였던 월가는 공실률이 점점 높아집니다.
이런 비어있는 오피스빌딩들을 본 개발자들은, 이런걸 한번 콘도로 바꿔 볼까 생각하고 바로 실행에 옮기게 되죠.
그래서 나오게 된 빌딩들 중에 하나, 지금 보시고 계시는 1 Wall Street 입니다. 총 8년 걸려 만들어 진 작품인데요. 1929년도 에 지어져, Bank of New York building
이라고 알려져 있는 이 렌드 마크 빌딩은, 뉴욕 월가의 아이코닉한 빌딩 중 하나 죠.
총 566 유닛에 500 sq ft 스투디오가 $1밀리 언 부터 시작하는 초 고가 빌딩인데요.
맨하탄 안에서 항상 저가로 평가 되어 있는 월가에서 이렇게 고가로 매물을 내놓다니 좀 놀랐습니다.
다녀와 보니 트라이베카 Four SEason Residences 와 같은 빌딩 퀄러티라고 자부 하더군요. 보니까 어떠신가요?
2022 년 2월 부터 분양이 시작 되었는데요. 마켓 상황이 안 좋은건 맞지만
결국 월가가 뉴욕커들에게 거주지로써
인정 받을수 있는지를 알수 있지를 테스트를 하는 빌딩인건 확실 합니다. 감사합니다!
