Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist von da aus gut mit Mietauto oder Shuttlebusse zu erreichen. Großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden, kein Problem einen Platz zu finden. Das Zimmer war bei meiner Anreise, ca. 12:00 Uhr Mittags, allerdings noch nicht bezugsfertig, so musste ich später wieder kommen, das war nicht so angenehm.||Das Personal war zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das zugehörige Restaurant war gut zum Abendessen, gute Speisen und Getränkeauswahl. Zimmer war sehr schön, Bett groß und alles sauber. Fürs Internet gabs verschiedene Verbindungsoptionen, leider nicht kostenlos. Aber man konnte Auswählen, ob man 24 h oder nur 1 h bucht - was hilfreich war, wenn man nur seine Mails synchronisieren will.||Allerdings gabs auch mal einen Abbruch beim Internet... Ansonsten war alles sauber und ok. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, da separat zu zahlen und nicht gerade günstig.

Shuttleservice perfekt funktioniert (kostenlos), tolle Lobby, Check-In einwandfrei. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr bequeme Betten.||Pool Durchschnittsgröße von Hotelpools in USA, sauber und angenehm warm.||Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Personal superfreundlich.||||War sehr positiv überrascht von diesem Hotel! Als Flughafenhotel wirklich klasse!

Schönes Marriott Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Shuttelservice ist verfügbar und fährt in vernünftigen Abständen zum Flughafen. Für die Abholung muss man jedoch extra im Hotel anrufen. Abendessen und Frühstück sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Fitness und Pool sind in gutem Zustand. Die Executive Lounge hat eine vernünftige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.

Stayed for one night from Friday to Saturday. Close to the airport (requires shuttle ride). Staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. Spacious room equipped on expected level. On site restaurant and bar. Gym of decent size, good equipment. For all that I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately room was not as clean as I would expect - I found cheese stains on the coffee table, fries left over on the floor next to it, beer bottle lid under work desk. I informed front desk and try promised to address it.

Concierge lounge hostesses and food were amazing. Thank you. The hummus was great, I'm enjoying a night time tea.|We upgraded our rooms which is always worth the extra room. We're also taking advantage of the shuttle in the morning. It's nice to be able to use the 7 day parking

I was in Phoenix on a business trip for 2 nights. This hotel is situated very close to the airport which was convenient, and it offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even an airport shuttle that runs quite frequently.

There is a nice gym and an outdoor pool which I didn’t use but I did lay on the sun loungers after morning gym sessions to catch some sun. The gym has plenty of hand towels and also a filtered water station to fill your bottle.

Breakfast is okay, quite overpriced but there’s nothing else close by so I was forced to go with the hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff are hit and miss, some are friendly and some not so much.

The rooms are actually quite comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with a decent size cubicle style shower. The pillows aren’t so great but the mattress is good.

The reception staff are friendly however checkout was a pain, it took 15 minutes to try and get my company address correctly listed on the invoice, by which time I had missed the airport shuttle.

If I get the opportunity for another business trip to Phoenix I will consider this hotel again, the only thing that would make me stay elsewhere is the location. Whilst it’s conveniently next to the airport it’s not close to downtown and I always like to be close to a bit of a vibe with plenty of restaurant options and other things to do.
