Wunderbares Hotel mit ausnehmend freundlichem und kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Mall im Umkreis fußläufig auch ein Walgreens. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt.

Für Geschäftsbesuche ist das gut erreichbare First Class Haus in der Innenstadt von Houston gut geeignet. Rasches Check In, große, ruhige und gepflegte Zimmer und Restaurants in unproblematisch erreichbarer Laufnähe sind große Vorzüge des Hauses. Absolut unverständlich ist, weshalb auf Bitte um rasche Lieferung des Frühstücks in die Lobby hin die Bestellung zwar angenommen wird, dann aber nach 15 Minuten, auf erneute Nachfrage hin und nur im Frühstücksraum zur Abholung geliefert wird. Dieses Hauses unwürdig.

Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt, jedoch mit Abzügen aufgrund der Sauberkeit der Zimmer: Teilweise waren größere Staubschichten ohne besonderes drauf achten zu erkennen, wurden jedoch schnellstmöglich sauber gemacht

Excellent stay! Room was clean and well appointed! Love the style of the hotel and everyone was very friendly! Excellent staff in the bar, lots of selection. Lots of construction made getting in and out a tad difficult but overall great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!|My husband and I were truly delighted to be upgraded to a suite upon our arrival. It was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more memorable. Additionally, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing sweet treats to celebrate my birthday.|The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and excellent service contributed greatly to our positive experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for relaxation.|We had a fantastic time at your property and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family. Lisa at Front Desk was very helpful in accommodating our wishes for a quiet room. The room was perfect in comfortability and the beds were exceptionally nice. The amenities in the shower could be improved but that was the least of my priorities. The lounge area for Platinum guests was VERY nice! I really enjoyed the design and decor of the Hotel. Imagine post modern furniture perfectly matched with Jackson Pollock prints. This is a building from the 1912 era of architecture so they have retained steel girders exposed as part of their design elements incorporated into a classy contemporary setting. I really appreciated the impeccable hospitality and professional courtesy afforded me here. It was exceptional!

We stayed for one night during our layover. The hotel itself is nice, centrally located. We got upgraded to a suite as per our elite status, and we also got both breakfast and happy hour at the lounge. ||The room is spacious and clean, the lounge is nicely maintained with a good view of the city. Breakfast was of a decent selection, your standard fruits, eggs, toasts, smoked salmon etc. ||The less than ideal experience was when we asked for bottle opener to open our sparkling water. We called reception around 5 mins to 11PM, they transferred us to in room dining, took the guy a few good minutes before picking up, then 10 mins passed without showing up to our room. We called in room dining again, this time no answer, we then called reception, they tried in room dining and no one answered, then offered to personally check it out himself, but by that point my husband managed to open the bottle by himself after multiple attempts with no proper tools. Then around 11:30pm, our room phone rang a few times, woke me and my husband up from trying to rest from a long international flight, the line dropped right after I picked up. ||On the day of check out, we went out for a coffee before the car came to take us to the airport. The valet lady outside asked whether we needed directions, which was nice and observant on her part. We’ve got quite a few heavy bags, the valet team helped me load all of them and communicated with the driver in Spanish to help better arrange our bags while my husband went to the room to grab the rest of our items, they had a smile on the whole time and were very friendly, we also had a nice short conversation. Thank you valet team.
