We booked an office for this location to shoot a film -- we had been told that they had previous experiences with film shoots. I went twice in person to visit the location and ask all relevant questions to their representative, Henry, and also returned with production heads to ensure we were shown the facilities and disclosed all information regarding the freight elevator usage.

On the day of the shoot, we found ourselves locked in the building because they misrepresented the freight elevator times of operation, and did not inform us that we had to be out of the building by 4pm, even though we had a booking until 6pm. We had to extend the booking, and even then, they failed to inform us of the buildings policy. We were made aware of the elevator usage times at 4:15pm, after it was too late for us to get out. We were locked in overnight, screwing up our night schedule and the next day. They had multiple opportunities to tell us what the schedule was and failed to do so, basically holding thousands upon thousands of dollars of equipment hostage.

The next day, we were forced to return to retrieve our equipment, which caused even more massive delays to our production and incurring further costs. We had provided by Wednesday night the time for which we needed the building freight elevator -- from 12pm to 1pm, to try to compensate for some of our lost time. At 9am, we received an email saying the best they could offer was 2pm - 4pm. We asked to be given an earlier time, 11am-12pm, and called our entire crew early to facilitate this.

When I got there at exactly 10:55am, I was informed that they had not secured the elevator for us. The building manager explained to me that a reservation had not been properly placed. I proceeded to try to resolve this issue until finally, at 11:45am, we were told we could get our equipment from 1pm-2pm, which was still causing a delay in our production, on top of having all of the production there and ready to get out equipment out.

We were told we would receive a refund for this egregious experience, and they suddenly stopped answering the phone or any emails we sent in an attempt to contact them. We were promised on different occasions that we would receive a full refund, and then they backed away from their word and refuse to issue anything.

Do not book through this company. They will make excuses for their poor management, and will cease to take any responsibility for their misleading communication and lack of honesty. It's absolutely shameful the way this was handled, and the lack of accountability that was shown. I have filed a dispute, because the head of the company, Juda, refuses to be held accountable for any of the mismanagement. I am attempting to get back the money that was promised to me. Absolutely outrageous, and lacking any sense of decency.

I rented a large office for 20 people for 2 months and we had a very good experience overall. Everybody is very nice and the office is comfortable. I will definitely come back.

Meeting spaces and communal areas are clean and spacious. Miguel went above and beyond to help with our reservation and even helped me carry the catering up. This is my go to spot for all my offsite meetings!

We were a film crew using a conference room and Jay Suites was great to work with. The building, on the day, not so much. They were not in sync which Jay Suites in terms of which entrance to use and what times they could be used. In short, they weren't very nice. But Jay Suites staff were, and it all worked out because of them. Will definitely rent from them again!

We reserved the location at 40 Wall Street. Perfect location for any clients in the financial district. The building and the Jay Suites facility are pristine. We had the largest conference room for about 20 people that has a full kitchen area just outside with booths/tables. Phone booths are great for people who need to step away for private calls. Juda, Tae and the team were great to work with.

Jay Suites is our go to for a day office in Manhattan! The buildings are state of the art and offer beautiful views of the city. The staff is very professional and have top of the line customer service! Juda and Cara were awesome! They were so accommodating and helpful when we had a last minute issue. Jay Suites has become our only Manhattan Office space, period!

If you move in with furniture be prepared to pay $1500 for using the service elevator plus the move out fee. The minimum is 4 hours. They also didn’t accept my notice and I had to pay 4 months after moving out. Merciless.

The Jay Suites location and team are truly some of the best in all of New York (and believe me, I have used several other venues for meetings). The Jay office spaces are comfortable with a luxurious feel throughout - a great space to bring a client or investor and ensure they are impressed. The team who works at Jay is incredible! They know their stuff when it comes to hospitality and making you feel right at home.

My team and I will continue to book at Jay Suites at the Wall Street location and all others!
