Stayed the night after a concert in Tampa. Checked in late but the staff in the front were very friendly. Everything seemed clean. The bathroom was stocked with toiletry essentials. Breakfast in the morning was a full breakfast. The staff member in the lobby was nice and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. Would recommend staying here.

Staff is great. There are ants in the hallway and around the windows in the hallway. Not in my room thank god. The chair at the desk in my room has a dark stain in the middle of it, looks disgusting. I just covered the chair with a towel NBD. Elevator has been out for my entire stay.

Some breakfast items are great. The sausage patties and links are inedible. The patties are dry like cardboard. The links are dry like plastic. The coffee cups will burn you. They don't seal between the lid and cup. I suggest just not using a lid. The omelettes, and biscuits n gravy are fantastic.

I don't even understand what they do to the breakfast sausage to make them like that. It's not like it sat out for hours, I went to breakfast at 6:30am two different days and it was just the same.

If the hotel were cheaper I wouldn't complain. Honestly the experience overall is great. However all of these issues should be and can be easily remedied, especially considering the price of the hotel I would expect all of these to be non-issues.

The toilet seat Was dirty. Beds weren't too comfortable. The elevator was old and slow it also closed on me when I was entering and hit me hard then re opened. Breakfast though it was included the sausages were over cooked, the choices were few. The bedding wasn't that good if you got cold in the middle of the night what served as the blanket/bedspread was not enough to warm you and pulling it up was not easy and required you to actually get up and pull it hard to free it from under the mattress. But for the cost it was worth it for a night.

Jose! Jose Jose is such an amazing sweet man with a big heart! He goes outta his way cooking a great breakfast for everyone! I'd totally come back to this exact hotel or any other hotel Jose works at, just because of his kindness and dedication! This hotel is an automatic go for it! ?

Not sure how this location has a 4 star rating. 3 stars...at best. I stayed 4 nights and left every morning around 10 am. Not one time did they clean the room, and yes, the do not disturb sign was removed from the door when I left every day. The light fixture in the bathroom was completely rusted, the back of the bathroom door was extremely dirty, there appeared to be mold on the ceiling above the shower head, and the air conditioner smelled musty or moldy. Upon departure, the staff seemed friendly, but other than that, I would not recommend this particular Holiday Inn. If the price is similar to other locations nearby, pick the other location. I will not be staying here again.
