Heruntergekommenes Hotel in ca. 40 km Entfernung von San Francisco. Schon das Einchecken war etwas ernüchternd. Kein freundliches Begrüssungswort.||WiFi sollte vorhanden und frei sein, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Frühstück war nicht inclusive, wie bei Holiday Inn Express z. B. Das Schwimmbad war ganz ordentlich.||Da ich durch einen Geschäftsbesuch in dieser Stadt verweilen mussste, habe ich dieses||Hotel gewählt. Man sollte es aber, wenn möglich, vermeiden dort zu wohnen.

Nettes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Auch gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt mit diversen Bussen.||Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Zimmer und freundlichens, hilfsbereits Personal, auch bei nervigen Fragen über Busverbindungen in die Stadt, ect.||Zimmerservice war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und hat sich an das Bitte nicht Stören bzw. Bitte Saubermachen Schild gehalten.||Gratis Airport Transfer ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for business travel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to others.

Upon checking in, I immediately noticed that the toilet in my room was clogged. I called the front desk and requested to be moved to another room, explaining that I didn’t mind whether it was a king or double bed—just that I needed a working toilet. They informed me that they couldn’t move me and would send maintenance instead. When maintenance arrived, they worked on the toilet for about 20 minutes and left without any communication. When I tried flushing afterward, the toilet still flushed slowly and incompletely. I took the initiative to open the tank myself and discovered that the mechanism regulating the water level was faulty. For the duration of my stay, I had to manually adjust the water level every time I used the toilet. This was incredibly frustrating, but I was told they couldn’t move me, so I just had to deal with it.

The problems didn’t end there. I decided to check out the 'fitness center,' only to find that the cable machine was broken, and the area was far from clean, with visible spider webs near the windows. It’s honestly a stretch to even call it a fitness center. I'm generally not a picky person, but this was unacceptable, especially considering Holiday Inn is now part of IHG Hotels and Resorts, a group that supposedly upholds certain standards.

I expected much more from a brand associated with IHG, but sadly, this location fell short in every regard. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel is a little older, but it is well maintained. The staff at this location is top notch! Everyone is extremely friendly. If I am ever back in the area this is where I will be staying. The restaurant on site is really good! There are also plenty of other dining options within walking distance.

I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old. The tv in the room did not work and the technician could not fix so after an hour of trying to fix it we moved rooms. Our new room did not have a coffee maker like our first room which was a bummer. The main reason I am rating low is because of how thin the walls are I heard everyone’s conversations from the hallway and could hear my husband talking to our son 4 doors down. Needless to say, we did not sleep well because of all the noise people were making in the hallway. When morning came we were quick to pack up and leave. The area is nice but the hotel is not.

I haven’t stayed in hotel this bad in a while. Immediately, the aesthetics and layout scream that this hotel looks like an attempted renovation of a motel 6. The rooms are TINY, dark, and musty/damp. Thank goodness it was just me. I was legitimately worried about infestation, which is my only pleasant surprise of this stay. I walked away without that one. There is sketchy clientele inside and outside the hotel. I was approached by strangers in the parking lot. There are no benefits for IHG members staying here. My room was not cleaned once during a five night stay. ||And the accommodations aren’t even the worst part. The staff and their lack of customer service who blatantly lie w/ fees are the worst part. To top this experience off, I asked for checkout late. I was late from work and arrived about a half hour late from work. I asked the front desk if it was still too late to checkout or if I could just stay the extra night fee and leave at 8pm for the airport. They told me to bring my stuff down and they would not charge me. I get down there and they charge a extensive late checkout fee for the half hour. I specifically asked if that would occur and if it would, I would just pay the extra night and stay in the room comfortably. Instead, I get charged a late fee and get to sit uncomfortably in their awful lobby until 8pm when my ride share arrived to take me to the airport. My employer wouldn’t cover the charge, but they would cover the night. I told them this information and they said they would add a night on, but leave the late fee. That makes no sense. ||I spoke with the manager who said she would call me back. Never did. They could easily resolve that simple issue, but lied to me to start and continue to lie about contacting me. ||Do not stay here. I’m honestly not sure how it’s still in business or has any good reviews. I’m not the type to leave a bad review. It takes a lot, but I have to make it known. This place is repulsive in multiple ways.

The people who work here are friendly. The carpets and furniture are dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. There is a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room. Plastic blinds but no curtains, so it stays bright when sunny out. No free breakfast like most HIEs, but there is a buffet you can pay for. I just drove to Whole Foods to get stuff for the morning, and there are healthy restaurants there. One elevator is not wheelchair accessible as there are two steps, so the luggage cat wasn’t useful. There is an accessible elevator, it you have to push it up an incline. Access to the pool is also not wheelchair accessible. I recommend not staying here if you use a wheelchair or can’t do steps. The gym had an elliptical and two bikes, and some weights, but no treadmill, which is something I counted on. There is no business center anymore.
