Tiara was amazing! Super helpful and such a great person to work with. Through my daughter's birthday party here and had two rooms, both were very clean perfectly set up has a nice little dining area a mini fridge and plenty of space. Loved that there was also an option for a couch with a pull out bed for extra room if need be. Also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this to anybody looking for a comfortable convenient place to stay that is very affordable. Shout out to Tiara again for being phenomenal!

Avoid this hotel!
I had an awful stay at this holiday inn. The rooms are old, dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned. The carpets were stained, the bathroom had mold, and the sheets didn’t even seem fresh. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, dismissive, and even racist in their behavior. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the parking lot is unsafe, with questionable activity at night. This hotel is absolutely not worth the stop. I’d recommend staying anywhere else!

- The pool deck is SO SLIPPERY. It is extremely dangerous. Do not bring kids here.
- The power went out in our room. Apparently this is a known issue. They tried to fix it. We ended up having to switch rooms around 9pm. Not relaxing.
- The restaurant can't make Eggs Benedict on Sunday mornings. The Sunday cook doesn't know how to poach eggs?

Greetings from the staff. All smiles. Great room, spacious, clean. Near the elevator was good as my wife has trouble on walking to far. The breakfast was fresh and GOOD. CLEAN!! The fact that the hotel had a restaurant on the premises was perfect and we did not have to hunt and drive to find a place to eat NOT fast food.
Will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling in that area.

I first started staying at this hotel 6 or 7 years ago. It had a great restaurant. Then Covid happened. I stayed here the last night restaurants were allow to serve in Denver before having to lock down. The food was great. Over the couple of times I have stayed here the restaurant changed hands and the food wasn’t as good. Now I just stay here on a Monday through Wednesday night. Hoping I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel to eat. I check in to find the restaurant is now only open Thursday through Saturday night. As for the room it is very average with the worst lighting I have experienced in a hotel room. As for the front desk employees, the person that checked me in was great but the kid that checked me out wearing an under armor hoodie that looked like it was worn continuously for the last 7 days and a Rick and Morty hat had a horrible attitude. Needles to say there are plenty of other hotels in the Denver area. I will not be using this one again.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby look good and that's where it ends. I can't believe this hotel is a part of IHG. Our room was terrible. It was so old and worn that you question the cleanliness of it. The carpet was patched and had stains all over it and the furniture is beaten up and very outdated. The drapes have holes in them. We slept in our clothes because we were afraid of the old mattress. The TV kept losing satellite connection.

Tiara is a saint for working there. I can imagine that she constantly has to apologize and make it right for the customers.

You need to give her a huge raise or let her transfer to a better location.

We had booked it for two nights but left after one night. I wish we would have left right away and not stayed there at all.

Positive: Staff at the front desk! He was super helpful and understanding Negative: I didn't like that there is a $150 Deposit. I feel that is a very steep deposit when a credit card is already on file and there was no notice when booking or on the receipt for a prior warning about a deposit.

I was very pleased with my stay. I was surprised to find age of the hotel far exceeded my expectations, since everything appeared very new and clean. Also, my stay was rather random, due to the weather. I was allowed early check-in which was a real plus. And the next day, I was only 25 minutes from the airport. I would highly recommend the hotel if experiencing travel problems with the airport.
