I’ve had an incredible experience living at G12 the past 3 years. The upkeep and cleanliness of the property are top-notch—it’s always a pleasure to come home to such a well-maintained and inviting environment. The maintenance team is truly exceptional; they are prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to address any issues. A special shoutout to the property manager, Jaime, who is an absolute gem! Jamie is approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. She is truly one of a kind! It’s clear that this level of care and dedication makes G12 such a fantastic place to live. Highly recommend!

My experience while living at G12 has been extremely positive. It started off a little rocky, but Jamie (property manager) came in and saved the day. She went above and behind to alleviate my concerns. She and the team have always made sure I had access to anything I needed pertaining to making my experience here the best as possible. I've witness Jamie and team do the same for others. I've always appreciated how well maintained the building is kept. There's always someone cleaning/repairing common areas within the building. I recommend G12 to anyone that asks me how my experience has been living here.

This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in! The entire management team sucked after changing properties. Not responding to emails and charging money indiscriminately. When I got back to the apartment at 8pm with my bags, I realized I lost my keys. I asked them to open the door for me so I could contact my friend to find the key, but they refused to open the door for me. They said they had a spare key but wouldn't open it for me and that I needed to sort it out myself as I was obliged to keep an eye on my own key, which is ridiculous.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Jaime, the property manager at G-12. Her exceptional management skills have truly transformed the community into a wonderful place to live. Jaime is always approachable, responsive, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns.

Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that everything runs smoothly, creating a welcoming environment for all residents. From organizing community events to promptly addressing maintenance requests, Jaime’s dedication is evident in every aspect of G-12. I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful manager making our home an even better place to live. Thank you, Jaime!

The carbon monoxide alarm has been going on and off for over a month on P1 and reading Error (photo). There are currently 3 out of 4 elevators out of service (photo). The main door to the patio has been broken for over 2 months (photo). The cleaning staff is fantastic but the management is not. It's gotten severely worse over the last 2-3 months.

New update, I tried to contact G12 through the email they provided, but no response at all. Very disappointed! I just decreased my rating for G12 from 2 stars to 1 star.

I moved out three months ago, and you will be charged over $900 for moving out of a 2-bed, 2-bath unit. Additionally, you will never receive your referral credit! I lived there for 13 months and referred my friend to live there at the beginning of my lease, but I never received the referral credit. However, my living experience there wasn't bad. Everett has been a cool dude since I took a tour with him, and even after moving out, he maintained the same level of professionalism and coolness.

At the end of day, I do not recommend if you care about move out fees and referral credit, but if you don't care, living there is very good!

I had a problem with the management team on the day I moved in. I reserved the elevator for my move because that’s what they instructed me to do, but when the movers were almost finished, the management team shut down the elevator. This delayed the move and made me incur extra charges for the movers' time.

Now, they have informed me that they are changing the management company, and I have to pay next month’s rent in person, which I can’t do because I’ll be out of the country until the end of next month. I tried calling several times to resolve this issue, but they keep hanging up on me. Additionally, I never receive a reply when I text them in the app.

As for the two weeks of free rent special? I never received it. They tell you that you’ll get two weeks free rent if you move in, but don’t expect to actually receive it.

The only positive aspect of this building is the maintenance team.

I cannot emphasize enough how awful this building is. There's roaches on all the lower floors, near the trash chutes and garage. The elevators are constantly breaking. Leaving no access to the garage and only one working elevator for hundreds of tenants. Water leaks and floor strips that haven't been fixed for months. My packages have been opened/gone through in the "secure" package room that only staff has access to. They spam your email with a daily reminder not to park in the retail lot but cannot be bothered to respond to emails or messages. You'd be getting much more for your money right across the way at E on Grand. I am counting down the days until I can move. The ONLY good thing about this building is the night time security team.
