The place could use pressure washing. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are decent. No refrigerator. No microwave. TV worked for an hour and then went out. No phone. Door to the room has gaps in it. The people were alright.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to Fab and all of her staff at The Grand. Fab has went above and beyond for my family and friends since we walked in the doors. If we needed anything she was on top of it and we are very pleased with the outcome. From the phone call and setting everything up to our room accommodations and definitely the venue in itself was Amazing! I will be back again. You all are the best and can't wait to see the setup for my son's 1st birthday party! Thanks for all you do Fab.

I have attended a couple of events at this venue and the care and attention displayed by the Sales Director Fab was amazing. She provided excellent service, was extremely attentive, timely and took care of all concerns with a great deal of patience. The setups were beautiful and the professionalism of the staff were great. I would highly recommend Grand Venue to anyone for their next event!

The opposite of the 'Top Notch' ratings. I didn't even stay and was unhappy with the service at the front desk. Garbage! Privately owned, so there is no manager or corporate to contact with complaints, I was told with a smirk. They might get your money, but they can't have mine.

Our organization contracted this BLACK OWNED business to host our Formal Dinner Party for Thursday, July 29th, 2021. Let me just start by saying, from the very beginning, THIS BLACK OWNED BUSINESS was unprofessional on ALL LEVELS.

My admin had to run behind them for EVERYTHING, and every excuse they could give, they did. I was conflicted in whether or not I should continue with allowing them to host our dinner party, only because as a black man, I HONESTLY WANTED TO SUPPORT the BLACK OWNED BUSINESS and further, they already had our money. So, I dismissed all of the technicalities and remain focused on supporting THE BLACK OWNED BUSINESS, in hopes that things would get better, but instead they got worst.

The conclusion….and final straw, they waited until the day of our event to tell us that the roof is leaking and their floors aren’t done so they aren’t able to accommodate us. However, they can drop the food off wherever we would like. And to add insult to injury they are refusing to refund the almost $5000.00 we paid. WE HAVE TURNED THE MATTER OVER TO OUR ATTORNEY.

- LACK INTEGRITY
- FACILITY NOT WELL KEPT
- BUGS
- FOOD AT FOOD TASTING WAS UNDERCOOKED AND COLD
- DID I SAY THEY ARE LIARS
