I took my 90 year old mother in-law to see Dr. Dwan. He was very sweet to her and explained everything he was about to do so that she felt comfortable. He has a great bedside manner. The office staff was very helpful with the preregistration. Everyone made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a dermatologist.

I had to schedule months in advance for a new patient visit. The check in process at the office was prompt and the staff friendly. Dr Dwan is personable and thorough. I plan to come back next year.

My husband had been seen at the O'Fallon office and I decided I should get and appointment set. I saw Dr. Dwan, at the St. Peters location. After a scheduling type misunderstanding, and they were untypically running behind, we got it all settled, he did a great job with my concerns, explained the questions I asked, was personable, and had a wonderful bedside manner. The office staff was just as great!

I recommend Dr. Dwan highly, you won't go wrong in his care!

I am very happy with my experience. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and efficient. I felt no discomfort when Hadley administered the numbing medication and Dr Dwan was the best. Easy to register and check in and very efficient truly kept me pain free during procedure and long afterwards same day. Dr Gruber gives a cell phone number u can text or send pix to if u need anything which I love. I had Mohs and I was super nervous but they talk to you the whole time and tell you everything going on!

On line check in shortens the wait times. Reception is efficient, Dr.s assistants are respectful and excellent listeners. Dr. Dwan very knowledgeable with great Dr. Patient interactions.
