We stayed here since it was the mid point between our road trip travel destinations. We didn't pick this hotel because of stellar review. Nevertheless, it was a convenient location and it was very clean. We've no complaint about the room or service. All was good for the one night stay.

The included breakfast could use some improvement.

Stayed here for two nights in September 2024 (Friday/Saturday) for visits to the immediate area. Located in a business area which was very quiet on the days that we stayed. Close to retail and restaurant options.||Room was in very good condition. Comfortable bed, large walk-in shower. Hotel has a pool. Breakfast is included. There were good options available (hot and cold). There was a parking fee which was $3/day at the time that we stayed.

Not sure why the other reviews are so negative. The room overall was clean and very comfortable. Some mildew in the corners of shower and some random splatters of something on bathroom wall ( my body isn’t touching that so I don’t really care) but otherwise the room was perfect. The breakfast was a hotel breakfast it’s not the best but it provided food to get you through until lunch. I wish they would have had more low carb options and maybe more fresh things. My one real complaint is that the coffee was horrible it’s so weak and’s looked like tinted water. The staff was much nicer in person than on the phone. They accommodated my early check in and later check out request with no issues. There is a parking fee that is not disclosed and if it is I didn’t see it $3 per day. Overall great stay just some minor things that are not enough for a bad review for sure. And it’s close the everything!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Worst hotel ever. My bed was made 1 time during my 9 day stay. Toilet always clogged they didn’t send anyone ,had to go to the desk and get a plunger myself. My key didn’t work half the time. Breakfast buffet was not clean. They charge you 3$ a day to park in a huge parking lot and 7$ to do a load of laundry. Way better places to stay in Reading Pa.

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom had mildew everywhere. The towels were the size of a hand towel. We stayed for three days and never saw housekeeping. When asked if we could get more towels we were told we could not. I watched the general manager Maria treat a customer extremely poorly. Overall worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had.

Well where do I start
No fan in bathroom
Went to take a shower no non slip mat. I had to hang on to the faucet for dear life as the floor was extremely slippery I was afraid I would fall
Told my husband not to take a shower it was to dangerous
When I looked at the hotel price was around 135 a night when I booked it went to 240 a night
I have traveled the world and this is not a 240 dollar a night hotel
Very disappointed
And today I see they charged me 3.00 on my credit card
I called and asked what that was about

Really this is not Philadelphia or NYC
This place is a major rip off
