The staff goes above and beyond with their kindness, friendliness, and unwavering support. The amenities here are outstanding, with everything you could possibly need to thrive. There's a fully-equipped gym, a quiet library for focused work, and even a game room to unwind. Whether you're a freelancer, a startup, or just someone who craves a dynamic work environment, I cannot recommend this place enough. It truly is the most top-notch coworking space in Denver!

Enterprise is the best co-working space around. When I lived in Denver I had a monthly floater pass & now I always work from here when passing through the city. If you are at all in the process of looking for a space - do yourself a favor and check it out!

SECURITY BREACH They have been broken into several times and seems like they don’t have a real solution. Bikes are lost and some other folks lost their office equipment. The organization didn’t do anything other than apologizing and filing a police report. They are not reimbursing us and they refuse the work on securing their place for real. Seems like they are not eqquipped to work in this neighbourhood.
I have stayed in many coworking spaces and there are a few in this area too that are well-managed and feel responsible for their shortcomings. I’d avoid this one. Unless you don’t mind losing your stuff frequently.

In short: Not a secure place. Your stuff can be stolen and they won’t do anything about it.

I’ve had a dedicated desk membership at Enterprise for 9 months, and I’m cancelling my membership at the end of this month. When you get a tour, they talk about their security with all the member key accessed doors and cabinets with locks. But turns out that is not the case. They’ve had TWO recent break-ins. I lost about $700 worth of items in the last one. Unfortunately, the management has refused to offer any compensation in this matter, leaving me to bear the full cost of the loss.

On top of that, I had to use a broken cabinet (by the thief) with no lock for two weeks, making me carry all of my work stuff with me from and to home everyday (defeating the purposes of getting a dedicated desk). I’ve just been given access to the cabinet of an empty desk. I have to interrupt other people’s meetings and work just to get to my stuff! And still not repaired.

When complaining about the incident, I was told that “it is just like a car. People might break-in and steal your stuff”. I don’t think the analogy works when their neighboring coworking spaces all have theft insurance, multiple WORKING security cameras and warning signs. Having a $450/month membership (more expensive than any other ones in the neighborhood btw), you’d except a certain level of security.

Security is a fundamental expectation in any coworking environment, especially when the space is advertised to be secure. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right has left me no choice but to cancel my membership. It’s disheartening to see that customer support and security are not priorities here.

I would urge others to consider this experience when choosing a coworking space, as peace of mind and the security of your belongings should never be compromised.

Enterprise is the most wonderful coworking space. While the design, rooftop, location, and fellow tenants are top-shelf, it's truly the people that make Enterprise feel like a real community. Diana, Eri, Bryn, and Leon consistently go out of their way to take care of members and are always warm and friendly. Colleen is the go-to - the master problem solver in the building; she's so helpful - literally every member knows and loves her. Beyond the amazing people, Enterprise has some of the best networking events in Denver. Definitely recommend Enterprise if you're looking for a coworking space that has good vibes and a community environment.
