Everything has been awesome. My kids and I decided to stay here on a whim because my wife is out of town with her mom. We have had a a great time. The ladies at the front desks have been amazingly helpful. Lori helped us get checked in the first day and was an absolute delight. She let me know about the free snacks in the lobby in the evening and my kids and I went and enjoyed some appetizers by the big fountain. The lady who helped us the second day was Isabella and my daughter loved her. The rooms are nice and clean and roomy and the food has been delicious and the lobby is fantastic. I will definitely be having another staycation here in the future.

The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant food was delicious. The bar attendants were very attentive and pleasant. From the Shirley Temple to the Margaritas it was awesome. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My family enjoyed almost every aspect of the hotel. The breakfast was great.

I absolutely love the room I was in. I gave them r stars on location only because I drive a 12'4 ft motorcoach bus and there are tree branches hanging over the drive way entrance and the parking lot that was hitting and scrubbing my bus. Other than that, it's a nice establishment. I wish the gift shop the stayed open later.

First, it was really easy to find. With the signature Green roof, as soon as you leave the highway, it was a simple left turn off the main road. Check in was quick, easy and very professional and friendly. We were handed our keys and parking pass, and were in our room in no time. The room was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of clean fresh towels in the bathroom. Everything worked as intended and the air was cool and quiet. The pool was clean and comfortable, the hot buffet breakfast was amazing. The made to order eggs were made quick and accurately. We really enjoyed the manager's reception at night, with the complimentary drinks and light snacks. The chicken tenders we ordered from the Grill was tasty, hot and delicious. Parking is plentiful and driving in and out of the hotel is a breeze with the light out on the main road. Price was fair given the value provided. We will return next time we are in the area.

I have to say I was very disappointed with my stay. Though the staff was mildly polite, they were not accommodating at all. I requested a late check out on Sunday because we were headed to church and needed an extra hour but was told no because “late checkouts were getting out of control.” The decor of the rooms is very antiquated and overall I expected a much better experience. We won’t be back.

Another wonderful stay at a Hilton Hotel. Check in was fast and the front desk staff were amazing,especially Cassi she was fantastic, friendly and super helpful with everything!!!
The room was spectacularly clean and had those wonderful mattresses that you can just sink into and fall right to sleep. We were tired so we ordered room service and it was fast and delicious! I highly recommend the cheeseburger with the cheesecake for dessert.

The Hotel gave us candy bars when we checked out and asked us to post a review on Google so here it is:
We stayed on the tenth (premium) floor due to our late reservation. The room was very nice and had plenty of space when our local family visited with us. The indoor pool and workout areas are good size and were not crowded when we were there. Staff were excellent and the free breakfast was a step above the normal breakfast buffet. The breakfast area was very large and we had no problems getting a seat. I would stay here again.

Jacob,Colton, and Addie were absolutely amazing. They were out of playing cards so provided us with a little bracelet making kit and it absolutely made our night!! Great customer service and hospitality honestly just a fun and kind group of people, really easy to get along with too.
