Dieses Hotel eignet sich sehr, um London, Ontario und die Universität zu besuchen. Es gibt besonders gute Rates, wenn an über die Uni bucht. Von Zimmern in den oberen Stockwerken hat man eine prima Sicht.

From the moment we arrived until departure, this location exceeded our expectations! The staff were extremely pleasant with a special mention to Susan in the lounge.

The lobby and surrounding area is very unique and extremely visually appealing.

No complaints with our room and we will certainly be back given the need.

We booked Delta Hotels for our wedding block here in London and we couldn’t have had a better experience! We were working alongside Wendy and she was wonderful to ensure bookings went smoothly. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and are always there to greet you with a smile.

The junior suite where my husband and I stayed on our wedding night, we were gifted complimentary champagne, a card, and some sweets which was such a nice gesture on their behalf! Their customer service and communication was beyond exceptional. The rooms and hotel itself is stunning and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting about it. Thank you for making our stay (and our guests) so enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

We requested a wheelchair accessible room at this hotel. The Accessibility was under par. The bed was too high, the room was carpeted, two people are needed to be able to enter the room, there was only one grab bar at the toilet. Just because there’s a roll in the shower does not make the room accessible. Having said all this, the room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The food at the restaurant was average. The area was a little bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people in the vicinity, one of who approached us second after exiting our car at the hotel

The front desk is excellent! Very cordial, friendly, and accommodating. They have been very attentive to our needs and regardless of the shifts, they have been very consistent with the quality of service they offer. The building itself is impressive combining the old with the new, the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. I will defintely come back in my next business trip.

The room felt very spacious due to the high ceiling. The restaurant was exceptional. The staff were pleasant and quite professional. We had such an enjoyable time that we've talked about returning just for the hotel. It is stunning. No picture I could share would convey the amazing atmosphere of the place.

We recently stayed at this Hotel as we were in town for work so went with what the reviews were saying. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the nice men out front doing the valet parking (this was a huge bonus as we had our merchandise in the vehicle so knowing it was secure underground eased our minds) and then the friendly staff at the front desk. So so nice and helpful! The room we had was on the 19th floor with amazing views. Very clean, large and spacious. As a perk of being on that floor we had Club Lounge access which meant we could go there anytime and get water, pop, coffee, etc. Very nice lounge on the 20th floor and then on Saturday we had a continental style breakfast that blew away any other type breakfasts we had at other hotels. Wonderful!
We walked around the hotel and took in the beautiful inside that had been transformed from a previous armoury and we loved that they kept pieces of that history throughout. There were only a few cons and they were:
1) the restaurant is up a lot of stairs so not very accessible if you have issues with stairs (picture attached of that location). The food was not bad but very pricey and had limited selections. My chicken was hard on the outside - tasted like it was reheated so they took $4.50 off my bill for it. Hubby loved his burger and fries which tasted like chip truck fries. Only wish they gave you a few more than the tiny bit they did.
2) pool area is small and was very crowded with kids. Went to use the sauna but it was not working.
3) the area where this hotel is located was convenient for the show we were attending but not the best area - I would not wander far at night.
4) Only two towels in room so we had to request more.

Overall it was a lovely place with lovely staff! That makes it more than anything. On top of it my husband left his insulated cup there and we thought it was gone but after calling the Hotel, the housekeeping staff called us back to say they found it. He was so happy! The staff were ALL so wonderful.

I would absolutely stay here again if the need arose!
