Great life improvement courses. They have free on line courses too. Atmosphere is very nice. The cafe overlooks the Lane Cove National Park. Staff are friendly and facilities and grounds are clean and beautiful.

Best church ever! I did one course there that's called Survival Rundown and I've had many successes. The best one I think is that my reaction time and my IQ have improved (and yes - they assess your IQ before the course and after, for comparison). Another one that is super obvious is my level of communication. Now, I can talk and talk and talk when I want to, and to anyone and on anything. I've also noticed that I no longer get angry easily and I am more relaxed.
