We recently bought a home in Pennsylvania, and the homeowners were using this real estate company. Their agent was completely non-responsive to us. They allowed the homeowners to leave the house in a repulsive state despite the fact that in the contract, it was agreed to that certain items would be removed from the home. The agent was completely invisible during the process. She was completely unreachable and ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation. Not only were multiple items left in the house as well as the house was not left in a clean state as agreed to in the contract, but the yard was left in complete disarray and items that were also agreed to be removed were left behind. The seller completely ignored the contract that was agreed to The agent did Did nothing to fix the situation.
