Honest Review from a platinum member. Service was good from General Management and the front desk. Parking is free and safe. The location is excellent. The rooms are very clean, but very standard basic for its price and for my taste. You are basically paying for the location. The restaurant is a bit expensive. This hotel is more business oriented. So if you are in town looking for a simple place to relax this is one location to consider.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Wayne, at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners, that truly exceeded my expectations. Wayne not only resolved my issue promptly but also followed up to ensure everything was as we discussed. Thanks to his immediate response, I was able to get the issue (which was my mistake) fixed, and my company’s concerns were extinguished. Wayne provided excellent customer service and professionalism, along with treating me with compassion and concern in my panic state. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from Wayne and will be recommending Marriott – specifically the Atlanta Marriott at Peachtree Corners - to colleagues, family, and friends.

I was at the hotel for an entire week on vacation and every morning I came down for breakfast. They have a restaurant at the hotel called 475. Sonya, Kelli and Deindre were so kind with the best southern hospitality that one could ever ask for. Just making me feel right at home with the greatest breakfast that started my mornings off with a bang. Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind to me. The staff was fantastic. However, we reserved a mobility suite and wound up in a double room. Due to the first room not being mobility accessible. It was small and slightly mobility-ish. The stool had issues, and they do not have microwaves in the room. So odd in this day and age! Plus we found a roach in the pool area.

Pros: Sapphire and Jahir, the night manager/auditor are the best! After having to change rooms 3 times due to mold, I was completely over this hotel. The other front desk agents were not very helpful nor accommodating especially to a Bonvoy Elite member. However, these two listened to my experience and I truly felt as is they cared and wanted to make it right. Their GM should definitely acknowledge and reward their EXCELLENT customer service. Side note: The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is so good! Highly recommend. Also, the restaurant manager (tall black guy-I'm so sorry I forgot your name) was AMAZING as well. He was so pleasant, personable, and handling business.

Cons: The night before booking, I called to see if the pool was open and was told it was. Less than 12 hours later I arrived and it was closed with no updates on when it would be opening. I had to ask the front desk agent to call a sister property down the road to gain access to their pool.
We arrived around 5pm and the rooms were still not ready. The housekeeping had an "oh well attitude" displayed while walking behind the front desk. Suggestion: You need to hire more staff for housekeeping and let them know guests can hear the "not so quiet" conversations.
MOLD in the bathrooms- I had to change my room 3 times! Maintenance and housekeeping should be notifying the front desk & management of rooms needing attention. Why someone thought it was a good idea to use flat paint in a bathroom is beyond me. Also my room had camera visible cob webs above the mirrors and doorways. The wood paneling was faded and ugly looking. It was as if a housekeeper used the wrong products on the walls. The restaurant chairs for breakfast are super old and the material is peeling off onto your clothing or sticks to your leg.
I'll never pick this place again!

What I liked - very close to lots of businesses (ie, grocery, liquor/package stores, shopping) and near to Norcross which is a very quaint town with lots of nice restaurants and boutique shops. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and attentive. We called for extra towels and the response was quick. Restaurant staff were friendly; however staff were rather harried for Friday evening and could have used additional staff members to help with the crowd. ||What could be improved upon - left our room early in the day and returned to find it still unrefreshed at 3:30pm. When we called for additional clean towels, advised desk staff that we were preparing to attend a wedding later that day and needed the towels but that the room wasn’t refreshed. A staff member came about 45 to 60 minutes later and offered to refresh the room but by that time we needed the bathroom and she replied that she couldn’t return as her shift was ending. Refreshing a room at 4:30pm is a bit late (maybe because it was Saturday and they didn’t have enough staff?) and they could use to get this done sooner.
