We booked a large all day team building with Cinergy in Midland and it was amazing. The best service I've received at a business in town. They were extremely professional, kind, and made the event a huge success for over 50 people. We had the meeting in a theater and they served breakfast, lunch, and even a popcorn break. We got to do the escape rooms after the meeting which were very well done and fun. Aileen, Jeremy, Jacob, Remi, the technology manager, and the staff serving the food were excellent to work with and helped the event go very smoothly. I can't recommend this venue more and this staff. Everyone should do their next team building here! Thanks Cinergy!

Now I never leave reviews especially bad ones, because I have worked all kinds of jobs so sometimes I try to have empathy for people, because I've been in peoples shoes.
But on Saturday night (06/29/2024), my husband and I did the Haunted Mansion escape room. The room itself was cool, but the girl who started the room for us was kind of rude, she came back into the room after we had already started and she restarted the room, she put everything we originally found back and said she "didn't know there was another group as well coming to do the same room".. so we had to start over. The group that ended up coming in with us was super nice and a great group, we were having fun, but when we asked for clues, she kept giving us clues for things we already passed and figured out.. And they only give you the first 3 for free, any other clues after that take time away from you. So it wasn't fair that we used our free clues on things we already knew... We didn't end up "Escaping" the escape room for this reason, which was a bummer. But the cherry on top was that at the end, the girl just let us out and then just left.. She didn't explain the room or tell us how it ended or offer to take a picture, and when we asked questions she ignored us and literally just unlocked the door and turned around and walked away from us. We had to walk ourselves out and then just leave.. It would have been a great experience if we had gotten a nicer team member. Definitely wouldn't recommend this experience for the price we paid.

Had a horrible experience on Wednesday while going to watch the new Kong and Godzilla movie first off it was disgusting in the seating area which I don’t see how this was the FITST SHOWING!! Second the lights stayed on for the first 10 minutes and the last 20 minutes the screen was completely off and when it came back on it was never reminded and it was at credits so I did not get to finish the movie with my son. Again horrible experience more than likely I will never go again. Don’t recommend

Lewis was a great representative at the concession stand and was so helpful 2 days in a row, between questions answered and helping buy my tickets one day (because I have not been to the movies since I was 15 and now 36) and getting my snacks the next I was overjoyed with how easy he made my life to get in and get out and his service kept me smiling all the way through and made my movie experience just as enjoyable as being a kids again. And as we exited Manager Remi was helping attendants as well as greetings guest and his smile is very infectious. This theater has a very high vibe and it's very clean and all attendants are nice and polite. Love it

This is a pretty good example of how a movie theatre should be.

I have visited here maybe 12 times and the theatre is very consistent at what it does best - delivering quality affordable experiences.

The theatre is super clean. I can’t stand a theatre that when you walk in your feet are slightly sticking to the floor with each step. You will not have that issue here. The chairs are comfortable and clean as well.

The snack bar prices are not outlandish. Neither are the prices at the adult bar.

I think you will all enjoy this theatre. Go and give it a try!!!

I loved the seats! The fact that they can go all the way down is so comfortable. There are so many games to play, food, and drinks available to purchase.

The bathrooms are deplorable. Can someone please explain why their wasn't any toilet paper in the woman's restroom ? Lots of out of order stalls and no TP in the rest. It was disgusting to watch all the ladies run in.. not wipe and not even bat their eyes at a sink which is repulsive. Wash your hands! The seats are in rough shape..the seats too close together. They lack proper handrails for their stairs which are poorly designed. The theater was filthy with sticky stuff on the trays and seats. They turn the lights on before everything has been show. Unless the theater has a cry room they shouldn't have crying babies in a theater. 2 hours of a rated R movie listening to some baby cry was brutal. I think no child under 12 or 13 should have been in their but yall have kids running crazy everywhere.

The escape room people are rude and are not confident in setting up the room correctly. From the very beginning we had gone out of order due to things not being shut or locked correct. Then had locks not on the correct boxes which made it impossible to finish the room. The room definitely was interesting and definitely had potential with correct line up. Hope to see improvement in staffing.
