Carr Workplaces is a professional business oriented placed. The whole suite is arranged beautifully. The frond desk girls are so nice and they can help you with any issue. Aisha is terrific. Mickie is wonderful as well. She can understand your needs and make you a great offer in no time without going arounds in circles. I would recommend that if you are looking for a peaceful, professional, beautiful work scape, you should considered Carr Workplaces. The most important part NO HIDDEN FEES. You get what you were told.

Carr workplaces has been a great place to conduct our offsite meetings for our team. They are friendly and accommodating. The space is very nice and clean. Aisha & Micki have always been very helpful. We signed up as a member to receive preferred rates. Great meeting location.

I am absolutely impressed. I purchased a day pass and I wasn't sure what to expect. The receptionist was so nice giving me directions to garage and how to access the workspace.

They have public wifi and private internet if you have meetings. While that didn't work for me, she did offer me an ethernet cable. I didn't need it as my mobile hot spot worked and i brought my phone charger.
The restrooms stocked with little necessities, the cafe area had tea and coffee, and overall, was such a nice experience!
I will definitely book again!

I have used Carr as a virtual office for about a year. First off, from my experience, you cannot get a Google My Business directory listing at this location with just a virtual office. I ultimately cancelled my virtual office to move to a brick and mortar office elsewhere. Upon cancelling, I learned that Carr will lock you in to a virtual office for nearly 60-days after cancellation. I could understand this policy if I were leasing a brick and mortar space, but not with a virtual office. There are plenty of options for office space (both virtual and real). I would go elsewhere.

Micki and her team and wonderful. They make the experience seamless and they go out of their way to accommodate requests. The office space is clean, well appointed and safe. Cookie Wednesday is the highlight of the week. When I am in need of office space, Micki is the only person I call.

I have been in the Bank of America Building in Fort Lauderdale since I started practicing law here. First, I was with a large, national firm that has its own floor in the building. When I decided it was time for me to start my own firm, I did not want to leave the building. So I rented executive space with Carr. I have been here for 2 and 1/2 years and it has been fantastic. It's basically turnkey, high-end office space--- fully furnished, all utilities, internet, phones, parking, etc. Everything is included on one invoice as part of your monthly lease payment. Beyond the space, Carr also has a staff that runs the floor: There is a receptionist who can answer your calls and route them to the appropriate person in your company. And there is an outstanding general manager who is here on-site every day to address any issues or concerns.

In my view, it is an excellent option for smaller companies that don't need thousands of square feet. You get turnkey office space in a fantastic location and in the best building downtown. Beyond that, there are a ton of great people/companies on the floor. It's become a great part of my network.
