Das Hotel war eine sehr positive Überraschung für mich. Super freundliches Personal. Selbst der GM hat mich beim Vorbeigehen herzlich begrüßt. Hohes und schönes Zimmer. Gutes Bett. Geräumiges Badezimmer. Tolle Rooftop Barr. Pool ebenfalls auf dem Dach. Sehr viele Kleinigkeiten im Hotel sind gut durchdacht und mit Liebe gestaltet. Das Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtipp.

Juan, Mikey, and every single person we encountered were nicer & friendlier than the next. And the service was just brilliant.

Our suite was beautiful, the food was great.

We will definitely be back.

We went to Proper Grit (restaurant on the first floor) and the staff was super nice, specially Gorkem our server. He made sure our dining experience was the best. I would definitely come back again. The food was also amazing. We got the rib eye, smash burgers, empanada, lobster roll, salads, etc. Five stars!

The Ben is an amazing hotel that is designed and decorated beautifully. I had a great experience with every part of my stay. In the hotel there is a great restaurant that I had breakfast at. While at this breakfast I had the privilege of being served by the waiter Gorkem. He provided excellent service and was exceptionally kind.

Wanted to send an appreciation review to Victor (tall African American gentleman) who checked us in. My husband and I visited for a date night and he was more than accommodating, friendly and professional. This was our second stay here and employees like Victor won’t make it our last. Nick, when checking out was a delight as well. As for the restaurant Spruzzos. Was disappointed in the service. We were seated 20 minutes before we had to ask a bus boy for a server. We then got Lexi who was not attentive nor very friendly and seemed to preoccupied to serve us. Probably wouldn’t visit there again although the views were nice.

Was a lovely time. It was my sister's birthday. Mel went above and beyond to welcome us, telling me of the different available amenities, and even helping me make my sister's birthday memorable. She really understands good hospitality, which is not often easy to find. I will definitely be back! Thank you

I came here for a mixer event with a friend of mine. Majority of the customer service was amazing from the front door, hostess, and bartender. It was a small menu but overall great selections. I was able to network and meet other people at the bar area. I had the inspiration by distillation highly recommend. Overall I had an amazing night. Until it was time to get the car from the valet with my friend. When I exited the front entrance. Jeffery was standing at his post but was extremely rude and dismissive. He looked like he didn’t want to be there. When my friend proceeded to give him her card he kept making faces. Which I thought was uncalled for. When I asked to speak to the manager he referred to himself as I am the manager. We just had amazing time and didn’t want his energy to ruin it. I felt uncomfortable and honestly shocked. He gave us a hard time as ladies. I would most likely not want to go to him again if he is present unless I’m with a guy. My experience was great until the valet I would probably not valet with them again. But overall an amazing experience.
