The M lounge was awesome. Joe & Wanda were the greatest. The service was really good. And the food the conversation was even better. They were very nice professional and courteous. Had a special request. And they had no problem for filling it for me. See you next trip.

I believe that you have a top notch staff that is very professional and personable. We were greated everyday by one or more of the folks that are working on the floor and entrance way. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at your location if we ever needed to head back down to Birmingham. You were very quick to respond to the issues that came up during our stay(air conditioner, extra heavy blanket). Thank you so much for your hospitality.

My family and I stayed here about a week ago when we visited Birmingham. Overall stay was nice, rooms were very clean. However front desk support could do a little better. Check in took forever due to the agent (Angie or Angela if I remember correctly) couldn't focus away from the other gentlemen behind the desk long enough to get us checked in with a priority. Minus that issue the stay was pretty nice .

We love this hotel! A hidden gem outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Birmingham but still close to so much! We were intown for a medical appointment and your hotel was perfect! We were greeted by Nicolas at the front desk and he was friendly and accommodating! We checked out the next morning and met both Jaquan and Deangelo who were both so much fun and friendly with great smiles and great personalities. All three gentlemen were so professional and eager to help in any way. They are great "frontmen" for Marriott and valuable to your organization! |(We even had to ruffle Deangelo alittle bit about his affiliation to Bama! War Eagle!)

My stay at the hotel was nice. The room was clean, my shower was hot, and the service was great. We had a bartender named Chris that was a great example of extraordinary service. He was prompt, friendly, and stayed busy the whole time. Hands down the best hotel bar service we have had in quite some time! Would strongly recommend to stop in and see him.

BEWARE: Predatory business practices: Booked a room the last weekend oh September for October 5-6. Child, who was supposed to play in a softball tournament that weekend, ended up hurting knee. Had to go to the ER and ortho the next day. Canceled the room on the 1st. Called 1-800 number on Thursday and was told I would get a refund and if not refunded by that Friday, call back. Call today and told no refund. They are keeping the 200 plus dollars because a discount code posted on their app stated if it wasn’t canceled in 24 hours, you don’t get a refund. So they are keeping my money. Had I known that was the case, I would have given the room to one of the other parents traveling that way and at least recouped some of the funds. Instead they lied to me and now won’t refund anything. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hotel was nice. Our bartender, Chris, was excellent and kept us entertained, hydrated and fed. The bar was a great place to kick back after a day at the races.
