Die Lobby ist nett, die Zimmer neu designt, aber niedrige Popcorndecke und alte aircondition. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Das Housekeeping kam trotz Nachfrage nicht. Frische Handtücher habe ich selbst von der Rezeption geholt - Kaffee und Duschgel wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Insgesamt kein guter Service für ein Westin Hotel.

Das "Westin" ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt gelegen. Es ist aber sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit der MARTA gut zu erreichen. Die MARTA-Station ist ca. 0,4 Meilen vom Hotel entfernt. ||Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, der Service ist ansprechend. Im Hotel-Restaurant kann man auch vernünftig essen. ||Die sanitären Anlagen im Zimmer waren nicht mehr die neusten. ||Negativ: 12,95 Dollar für WLAN auf dem Zimmer - egal ob man "SPG preferred guest ist oder nicht". Das finde ich im Jahr 2015 nicht mehr zeitgerecht.

War toll in der Stadt Atlanda die Sehenswürdigkeiten kurz zu entdecken und im The Westin zu übernachten.

This hotel is really beautiful and the service was excellent. From arrival to departure, all of my interactions were pleasant and quick. The hotel has beautiful landscaping and overall design and the rooms are fairly modern. The price per night was excellent, and so this was a great value.

I was able to do an off menu order for dinner that came out perfectly. Lili at the bar was great. Carlton drove us to our destination with a smile. Gary made sure everything came together with style. Late check out was easy. Valet was prompt. Room was clean and a little warm.

Customer service ruined the stay. Very nice hotel, but nobody wants to be disrespected by staff members (or in this case a supervisor) because the confirmation email said check in is at 3pm. She told 5 sets of people checking in that none of our rooms were ready which was not true. Instead of her verifying things, she just dismissed us. The actual manager had to step in. Room was nice. Bar was fun. Just can’t deal with unsatisfactory customer service!
