- unfreundliches Hotelpersonal
- beim einchecken wurden wir informiert, dass wir andere Zimmer erhalten, dafür aber das Frühstück kostenfrei dazu bekommen. Heute mussten wir das Frühstück dann doch bezahlen!
- keine Handtücher im Zimmer
- nicht sauber!!

Wir haben zu einem Recht günstigen Preis 2 mal übernachtet. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön. Auch wenn unser WC etwas eigenwillig war. Allerdings doch recht laut. Weniger toll war das Frühstück, dass wir immerhin günstig im Vorhinein dazu gebucht hatten. Direkt im Hotel hätte es 15 $ pro Person und Tag gekostet, was ist wahrlich nicht wert war.

In die Jahre gekommen , müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. |Für eine Nacht ok , aber für den Preis erwartet man mehr . Kein freies WLAN im Zimmer. Wände sehr dünn und Klimaanlage brummt sehr laut . |Schade - hätte mehr erwartet .

Durchschnittliches in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Awful experience. My flight arrived at 9AM and I got to hotel around 10:30. Lady at the front desk laughed in my face as if I was so insane for showing up at that time and wanting to leave my luggage. Told me it’d be “hours” before a room was available with no estimate or offer to let me know when something opened up.||When I got into room, it reeks of the previous occupants body odor, and the toilet doesn’t flush.||Again rude lady at the front desk with the looong fingernails was unapologetic about the toilet and didn’t seem too bothered. Maintenance guy snapped at me because I accidentally walked in his path.||We couldn’t use the toilet for over 90 minutes after check in, called front desk, they would not switch our room or give us an estimate as to|when the toilet would be fixed.||We left after no toilet fix, and booked at the Hampton Plymouth instead. I’m not even sure if we’ll be refunded for our stay at this flea bag joint, but it wasn’t worth sticking it out.||UPDATE: The Doubletree has confirmed that even though we turned in our room keys after 90 minutes, and our room did not so much have the basic accommodation of a working toilet, they will not be giving us a single dollar of our money back for the entirety of the two night stay. Greedy, awful service

My family experience at the hotel wasn’t a good one. It actually made our experience worse considering we came into town because of my husband’s mother funeral! We had to ask to switch rooms because the hotel has a mold problem in the bedroom area. It smelled like wet wood and mildew. ||My family and I just couldn’t believe the hotel would put anyone in these rooms. So we called to the front desk to switch our room. The rep stated there was a mold problem and they were going to fix it, and it’s below their standards. ||The new room was a little better but you can still smell it. So my daughter, husband, and I decided to sleep on the sofa bed. Overall not a good experience and the rooms needs work too! Below are pictures.

The hotel itself needs quite a few spot repairs. Everything was functional but showed signs of aging.
What truly makes it deserving of at least a 4 star review is the staff. Absolutely phenomenal staff: attentive, welcoming, friendly, and quick to fix any issues.

This hotel room was disgusting. The lobby was nice- glass elevators nice- but the second we opened the door to our suite a bad smell of smoke and chemials hit us. The carpets were stained the furniture was OLD. There was a chunk of wood missing from a nightstand and the beds were sunken in the centers. I had never seen a room this scary in real life. Fortunately they did refund me and we left and found a clean hotel nearby.
