While attending a National Health Science Conference in Phoenix, I had the privilege of visiting this hotel. They have the MOST amazing staff! They are truly commercial worthy. Extremely professional and friendly at all times. I mean ….everyone involved in the food service went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable and with a smile on their face at all times! I spoke to Juan, a supervisor for food service, who was so helpful and kind, just to let him know also how amazing the whole staff is. I would definitely recommend this hotel. This visit makes me love Phoenix even more!!!!!

I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the Sage Bar, served by the attentive staff of Dan and Samantha. They made amazing drinks, served food quickly and had fun the whole time with us! I had the protein bowl special with steak and it was amazing. I would order it again! The steak was cooked to perfection medium rare with a flavorful crust. All of the vegetables were perfectly cut, seasoned and plentiful and the sauce was perfect! Highly recommend.

Just had a fantastic stay at this beautifully, remodeled hotel. The room was perfect in every way, including the decor. The shower was exceptionally nice as was the lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant in the hotel lobby was also excellent, offering an absolutely wonderful protein bowl. In addition, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, including an amazing location right across the street from State Farm Stadium.

I am local to Phoenix and we have been looking for a convenient location for family when they come visit. My family was very pleased with the beautiful large rooms and location. We had the pleasure of having appetizers at the bar and we received amazing service from Laurenda. The food was amazing, we had great conversation with her and she had all of our needs covered. Very casual, beautiful and comfy spot for a drink or meal. Perfect! Thank you so much!

The customer service is amazing! I attended the NCHSE conference, and the food service workers were wonderful! Every one was so kind and helpful. I personally asked to speak with their supervisor (Juan) so I could let him know what a fantastic job his workers were doing. All the servers were warm, inviting and efficient! Thank you to the hotel staff!

I attend a conference here, the staff was amazing, so helpful and professional. The meals were also catered by their staff. The meals were delicious, there was never a wait for anything. I would highly recommend to everyone.
I did not start here but the hotel is very beautiful and I heard great things from my colleagues.
The Renaissance is located within walking distance of the outlet malls and the Westgate Entertainment Center.

The service at this hotel, from valet parking to dining is absolutely amazing!!! We were impressed with Nolan's attention to detail. It is easy to see he takes pride in providing world class superior service. Maria Torres worked the food and beverage for many areas including the Club 86 during the Tilt-up Expo. She consistently provided outstanding service and far exceeded our expectations. She was polite, professional and never waivered in satisfying this demanding groups requests. She anticipated every need.
