I never write reviews, so it has to be a pretty bad situation for me to write this. Caution to anyone wanting to use Spaces. While the facilities are nice and staff at the front desk are nice, customer support and the overall company fall short.

I accidentally signed up for 12 month contract (only needing the space for a month) and instantly attempted to get out of this. It’s been a few weeks of being routed to different departments with no actual resolutions. After initial quick responses from them acknowledging my issue, they seem to now be avoiding helping me.

This entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling like Spaces is not interested in finding a reasonable solution. I feel like I am absolutely being taken advantage of.For anyone considering Spaces, especially for short term needs, be extra cautious during sign up. They are not as flexible as their marketing claims.

Excellent working space that is clean and welcoming. The vibe is more laid back than their competitors and people are willing to help and chat if your up for it. Definitely a collaborative space that encourages you to do your best while providing the space to be creative. The coffee shop has excellent single origin coffee that is a huge win in my book compared to cheap bland coffee elsewhere, secondary perk it makes the place smell good. Looking forward to the growth my business will see while being in this environment.

We have been extremely happy with our experience at this Spaces location. It provides an nice, professional environment for our staff and has great amenities and resources. There is also access to a nice outdoors area for recreation, cooking, working, meeting up with staff and/or customers. To top it all off, the staff takes great care of us. Marva (team lead) knows us by name, greets is every morning with a huge smile, accommodates us however she can - she makes us feel like we own the place. Highly recommend for any business needing an office or simply a workspace to get things done!

My company has been renting from Regus/SPACES the Quad for nearly 5 months now. It is a clean, energizing place, and has a nice variety of working spaces available in the common areas, and nice meeting rooms. The coffee shop is a plus too! Spaces is fortunate to have Marva as the Community Manager working at the reception area. She is professional, friendly, very helpful, and reliable. Marva has addressed all our various needs with patience and grace which is much appreciated. Nikka is great too! Our staff feel well taken care of at Spaces the Quad, and enjoy coming to work here under our company's hybrid work arrangements.

I have been with Regus/SPACES at the Quad for 4 years now. I have had a great experience here. I truly enjoy the superb working space. Be it when I’m in my private office or using the common areas. The Booths, shared open desk are great to meet with someone or just take a break. It’s great to have a conversation with someone new from all the businesses that are here. The well lit areas, work areas and the recreational areas outside are great. Marva is is amazing managing the reception and assisting everyone. Be it with a booking a private office for the day or long term. A small meeting room or organizing events at the center she keeps the place running. Ky, manages and runs the Cafe. He always has a great variety of food and drinks. Be it fresh baked goods, sandwiches, salads, soups plenty of coffee and is a true coffee artist. I would highly recommend any one who’s looking for a work space or some where to unwind. This is it. Hope to see you around the Quad.

I frequently work at Spaces the Quad's coworking facility, and it's honestly one of the most amazing coworking spaces I've worked from. In addition to a clean and new facility with great wifi etc, the staff is what sets them apart. Marva and her team go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that sparks creativity and productivity. I appreciate the little details they work hard on to make this facility a spectacular working environment every day.

I am compelled to share my experience with Workspaces as a cautionary tale. Despite persistent attempts to resolve an issue concerning an unauthorized membership, I have encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the company.

My numerous emails and phone calls seeking resolution have gone unanswered. To my dismay, it has come to my attention that my attempts to communicate have been blocked, leaving me unable to convey my concerns or seek assistance.

This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on Workspaces’ commitment to customer satisfaction. I am left with no recourse and a growing sense of dissatisfaction.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering engagements with Workspaces. A business that ignores customer concerns and resorts to blocking communication is a cause for concern.

I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of response and resolution from Workspaces regarding an unauthorized membership issue.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through various channels, including emails and phone calls, I have not received any response or assistance in resolving the matter. The unauthorized membership has resulted in unwarranted charges and has caused significant inconvenience.

What exacerbates the situation is the company’s decision to block my emails and phone calls, making it impossible for me to communicate with them directly. This communication blockade is highly unprofessional and further impedes any chance of reaching a resolution.

I am disheartened by the lack of customer support and urge Workspaces to address this matter promptly. It is essential for businesses to uphold a standard of responsiveness and accountability, and the current situation falls short of those expectations.

I hope this review serves as a plea for attention to my issue and encourages Workspaces to take immediate steps to rectify the unauthorized membership and lift the communication blockade.
