I attended a two day conference here in the Koury Convention Center. I attended seminars on three different floors in conference room seating anywhere from fifty to a thousand people. We were served breakfast both days and lunch the first day which was not something to write home and brag about.

One of the best convention sites in NC. Large enough to house everything under one rough. Rooms have been updated and are very nice. Food is really good.

We have our union conference here every year. I love that they had more of a variety of places to eat than last year. And they also have this restaurant names Joseph's or something like that but they have the best corn bread and I have never ordered anything that wasnt seasoned and cook correctly. They have a morning buffet that is wonderful as well as a lunch buffet. If I lived in the area I would just go there for lunch. Every was nice and we always have a good time. There are places to sat and talk to friends or an indoor and outdoor pool. It's wonderful. They did include a Starbucks this year. I really enjoy my stay.

Nice Convention Center connected to the Sheraton Hotel. Very convenient location. Right next to the mall. Up the street from many eateries, gas stations, etc.

Great place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed Koury Convention Center. The room is neat, clean, and has an amazing view while having our dinner and breakfast. Definitely, we’d love to be back here.

I was having a good time here for my group convention and needed a fun way to pass the time in the lobby and maybe see some familiar faces. I decided to ride the escalator up and down over and over (NO ONE WAS ON THE ESCALATOR). After about 5 or so minutes of this, an employee, who I had seen stop other people staying for no reason, decided to stop me. I would like to note that he may have been with the hotel or whatever his badge was for, but either way, the hotel was fine with this behavior. He said that I, a light person compared to a lot of people, was going to break the escalator by riding it. I then proceeded to ask him (in a confused tone) why I would break it and not all the other people who rode it daily. He proceeded to talk to me rudely as if I was below him and told me to shut up and choose if I wanted up or down. I understand his thoughts, but he took it to extremes and could’ve been a nicer person.

Really nice luxurious hotel ? to stay for a few days. Nice and clean. No security issues or problems. Bathrooms are nice and stocked. Several places to dine in and eat. Would definitely recommend Joseph's Restaurant for service and Starbucks for coffee ☕ and pastries. My hubby and I enjoyed our experiences here. Looking forward to the next occasion!!!!!
