This is a nice center for a minor league hockey team. I've also been here for graduation and other events, but I believe hockey is the main purpose.

Lots of restaurants and shopping around the place too, adding to what you can do before and after the events.

Great venue for watching concerts! The atmosphere was electric, and the sound quality was excellent. There were plenty of security personnel, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the event. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely come back for another show!

Went for soccer and hockey all in one week! Really cool stadium! We loved it! Clean and plenary of concession! Parking was pretty easy. Staff friendly and fun. We will be back!

Allen Americans Va Kansas City Mavericks Game. Clean facility and comfortable seats, close to the action. Plenty of concession stands around and restrooms. Will definitely attend other events. Plenty of restaurants around the facility for socializing afterward.

Is soccer your thing? Come out with your family for a incredible well priced , family friendly, and watch the Dallas Sidekicks play indoor soccer. The action for the most part is fast paced, high energy, and climate controlled for the ultimate soccer spectator experience. The field could use some updates, like a new painted logo but otherwise this is a true gem. They first started in 1984 and spent many years playing in reunion arena in Dallas before that was closed and they moved here. Tickets were very economical and for the size of the event there is not really a bad seat. Come make memories!!!

Took the wife and son(special needs) to see Sesame Street Live on Saturday.

Elevators were broke in the parking garage, so i had to carry my special needs son and his equipment from the 3rd floor(up and down).
Then when get inside and they had zero accomodations for him. I had to leave his equipment outside and carry him inside the dome.
He can't walk, so he sat on my lap the entire time.
I wanted to book the Encanto/Frozen on Ice, but i won't put my family through that again. I am highly dissapointed in Credit Union Of Texas Event Center.
I tried calling, but haven't recieved a call back.
We also paid 50$ each X3 for us to take pictures with Elmo and the rest of the crew.
The line was extremely long, and we couldn't hold him that long.
150$ wasted out of the 500$+ on the whole thing.

Plenty of restrooms. This is asmall venue, so every seat is a good seat.

We went to the Allen Americans game for Teddy Bear Toss night. We lost, yet it was so much fun. It always is at Allen Event Center. It is like a mini American Airlines Center. Except there is no bad seat in the house. I have been here for concerts, and gun shows. It is by far, the best venue I have ever been too. Not too big, not too small, great seats, good acoustics, great staff, and easy to get in and out of.
1 issue... I wish the food and drinks were about half the price they are now, then it would at least be a fair price. But it is all that, with good ticket prices and free parking. So I guess, you're gonna have to feel the pain somewhere. Overall, excellent!
