Wir wurden extrem freundlich an der Rezeption von dem Mitarbeiter Chris Coleman empfangen. Ich bestehe auf die namentliche Benennung, da ich ein großes Lob für Freundlichkeit und Professionalität aussprechen möchte. ||Chris gab uns sehr viele Informationen rund um das Hotel und Dallas. ||Das Zimmer spricht für sich. Sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine mit Starbucks Kaffee ist inklusive.||Das Restaurant bietet diverse kulinarische Köstlichkeiten, teilweise auf Wunsch sogar individuelle Wünsche machbar. Die Hotelbar und die Lobby sind auch exquisit. ||Alles in Einem ein tolles Hotel.

Typisch Amerikanisches Hotel mit vernünftigen Preisen wenn man Vorzugskonditionen erhält. Dafür hatte mein Zimmer keinen Safe und keine Minibar. Benihani's Restaurant empfehlenswert gleich um die Ecke.

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Heute war der Pool zum ersten Mal offen. Ein schöner Pool wäre es nicht Arbeiter am Pool, die den Boden mit einem lauten Kärcher den ganzen Tag sauber machen müssen! Wieso den Pool aufmachen, wenn die Arbeiten nicht abgeschlossen worden sind!!!

Saw mixed reviews on the property but mostly positive so I went with it. Location was great for where I was working. No M Club but they did have free breakfast instead and the wait staff were all attentive and pleasant. I did get an upgraded room with a lovely view on the 16th floor. It was right near the elevators but I did not notice at all and sleep very well! I was only there two nights and didn’t have housekeeping, the room was nice and clean on arrival. I noted to the front desk my conditioner bottle didn’t work so they gave me a new one. It was a bathtub shower and the switch to go from shower to bath was stuck in the bath position but I never brought it up since I only showered and forgot to mention to them. All the front desk staff (Deluis was the only name I remember) were so kind, helpful and friendly. The paid parking garage was not overly crowded and pretty convenient, I’m not exactly sure where the “free off site” parking was. The hotel itself had a nice entryway and the pool was adequate (I did not go in, just relaxed next to it). Overall very pleased with the stay and I would go back.

I absolutely loved our stay! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The young bartender lady at the bar was super sweet. We ended up talking with her for an hour while drinking. The rooms, lobby, pool, and gym were all really nice and clean. We will definitely be going again! My video doesn't do the rooms justice but you can bet I slept like a baby after a shower.

I love staying at this Westin location. It's close to everything, quiet, but lively, has great foot and a caring staff. My room is always clean and comfortable. On this particular stay I was coming down with a little cold and each night I looked forward to hot tea and a rest in the "heavenly bed." Left feeling better than when I came. Would highly recommend this hotel to any co-workers or friends. Can't wait to return.

I had a nice stay for business. There was a large crowd in the hotel for a convention but the noise didn't transfer into the rooms. I also hosted a meeting at the hotel and everything went very well. The events staff was easy to work with and the food served was very good.
