Every detail, from the amazing smelling bath products to the curated art collection, spoke to a level of sophistication rarely found. It was a truly unforgettable experience that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated, and I can’t wait to return to this extraordinary dog-friendly hotel. This place is a MUST stay even if it’s a Stay-cation!

We often rent a large room at the Alfond for business events (Rooms hosting under 500 guests) and the team that communicates with us to set this event up is phenomenal. The venue is fantastic, diverse, and well-maintained. Their service is always impeccable and the food exquisite. If you wish to work with the Alfond inn, do request Michael. David the technician is also knowledgable and special mention goes to Steve and his welcoming presence. Always a top tier venue.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Hamilton's Kitchen last week.
We have been here many times and every time is a great experience.
This time, we enjoyed the Magical Diner Menu there was available.

Eduardo was our waiter and he took super care of us.
My wife had the grilled salmon and I had a special shrimp and scallop presentation.

We're already planning our next visit.

Horrible experience! super pretty but it is only a facade. Air conditioning not working properly, they don’t refill your coffee, the pool super hidden we couldn’t enjoy, we only past 5 mint for checking out and go to the reception and they were already knocking in our door! Also, you can hear others people’s doors coming in and out, and noise. I recommend you to go to another place, you will be better.

The bed was soft and cozy and very welcoming at the end of busy days. The room was spacious and allowed me to have work and leisure space together. Every staff member was smiling and welcoming and made me feel like they were happy to see me each day.

This is not in Regard to the staff of Hamiltons kitchen but to the group that occupied the bar tonight with badges on that were so rude and inconsiderate toward the bar-staff who were already working late during a hurricane. One lady from the group in a red suit was openly yelling at a young waitress to stay open even later, when the waitress kindly informed her of the hours and that they had already stayed 45 minutes passed closing to accommodate their gathering the woman shouted that she didn’t care that they should stay open even longer. Her outright disregard for the staffs safety and inhumane treatment of the staff was extremely unsettling and my partner and I left after that. Our stay was wonderful besides this incident just wanted to thank the staff for all they do, it does not go unnoticed!

This hotel is absolutely incredible! I just happen to stumble across it while visiting Florida briefly and I'm so glad I did! I needed a place to spend some time during the day and handle some business calls and work on some other projects. The saltwater pool in their spa area turned out to be the absolute perfect spot for this! Literally like paradise. The downstairs area has lots of great spots to sit and plug in or work on a laptop. Everyone was so inviting and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit if I'm in the area again.
