Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the pedestrian village. We didn’t see all the facilities in the hotel due to work being carried out, presumably for the upcoming winter season. It was also heavy rain when we were there so didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. We had one of the top rooms which had fully equipped kitchen area (built within the cupboards) a dining table, sofa and queen bed. It was slightly dated but comfortable enough. |Great staff and customer service. We were only there 2 nights but were made to feel very welcome.

We signed an invoice and filled out a form before arriving to have rose petals and chocolates in the room. I guess they were out of rose petals ? It was only our ten year anniversary. No big deal. The restaurant is... better going to some other restaurants in the area. Early morning coffee is a chore for the staff. Room was nice bed was nice. Valet service was nice but Overall, not coming back

Walked in and was immediately impressed by the politeness and attentiveness of the front desk staff. I chose the valet parking because it was convenient and cost effective. My entire experience was seamless, check in occurred at 11 am way earlier than my expected 4 pm check in time. The room itself was cozy and clean. Although there were construction activities going on on the property you couldn’t hear it being don feel impacted by any activity. It was my 9th wedding anniversary and the hotel made sure to provide me with a token in my room . This gesture was unexpected but appreciated. We chose the Leo restaurant because of proximity and ambience. We we’re not disappointed. The chef came to us for mild chat throughout the evening and that made us feel like family. The meals were premium priced but very well prepared. The hot tub and the mini swimming pool were ideally located and well loved. The hotel was in the middle of the village which was also convenient. Can’t find anything wrong with my stay only wished I could have stayed longer. My biggest takeaway, it’s the people, their warmth their attentiveness and their politeness that will definitely inspire me to return.

We stayed here back in 2015 and it was excellent. Our suite had two balconies and a fireplace. The entire village is fun to explore, as well. Overall, the room was spacious and logically decorated. I would recommend this hotel any day, hands down. We swung up here while visiting Montreal, and it was well worth the short drive.

Our first visit to Mont Tremblant was amazing! We are Marriott Bonvoy members and of course chose the Westin. (The rates were amazing here, with huge room choices, vs. the Fairmont Hotel.)||It's a fantastic location, almost centered in the Pedestrian village making it accessible to everything. Even being so close in the village, it's lovey and quiet at night. We had a beautiful room, with king bed, dining table & 4 chairs, couch and 2 chairs, and fireplace. Small balcony overlooked the pool with 2 chairs. Beautiful view at night! Very spacious, comfortable and clean but definitely needs a refresh and upgrade. (We noticed on the elevators the hotel will be updated quite soon.)||The pool is small and the hot tub is huge! We thought the pool could be bigger as it got quite crowded. We didn't do the restaurants, but they only really had just one. The other (Le Tiguidou) was a bar where you could order a small bite. Léo boire + manger didn't have a lot of variety on the menu and was quite pricey.||The team at the hotel was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We were greeting each and every time we went by the front desk, concierge and door-person.||We will definitely be heading back here!!

The Westin Resort in Mont-Tremblant boasts a prime location in the heart of the village, making it a convenient choice for visitors looking to immerse themselves in the area’s attractions. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the gondola, explore the charming pedestrian streets, and take in the surrounding mountain views. In terms of location, it couldn’t be better situated.

The true standout of the Westin, however, is its staff. From the front desk to the service team, everyone is consistently warm, accommodating, and professional—offering a level of service that comes close to five-star standards. Their hospitality adds a layer of comfort to the stay that is deeply appreciated.

However, when it comes to the hotel itself, the experience falters. The property feels noticeably dated. While some renovations are underway on certain floors, the one-bedroom apartment we stayed in showed no signs of modernization. The furniture, bathroom, and kitchenette were all relics of the past, lending the room a tired, worn-out feel. It’s hard to overlook the aging infrastructure when even the cleanliness suffers due to the old fixtures—though the room was generally clean, a closer look revealed stains under the bed and wear and tear in the sinks and shower that no amount of cleaning could fully address.

The fireplace in the room adds a cozy touch, the place is spacious and bed is comfortable. The outdoor heated pool could be a nice amenity, but ongoing construction makes it less inviting.

Ultimately, while the hotel is rated as a four-star property, the experience falls short. I would personally rate it closer to three stars based on the state of the rooms. Does it justify the price? At the moment, not quite—perhaps after the renovations are complete and the property gets the refresh it needs, it could live up to its potential. That said, options in this price range in Mont-Tremblant are limited, and most hotels in the area seem to have similarly mixed reviews.

Today I called to book a room for December. Asked for a deluxe room with a balcony. The person on the other end was so rude and lacked obvious experience in the industry. I was informed that a deluxe room with a balcony is not a guarantee UNLESS I book the suite (which is moore expensive). Even though I was informed that deluxe rooms with balconies are indeed available. I wanted to know why a deluxe room with a balcony cannot be guaranteed. I was not given an answer, just attitude… I also asked about the parking situation and was informed that a fee of 37$ DAILY is to be paid even though I’m already paying hundreds of dollars per night. What a shame.
