Everything was excellent. Hotel was well staffed with excellent service. Slope side location was perfect for ski in / out. Don’t miss the special cocktail hour in the lobby featuring their old fashioned. Ask if an early morning “first tracks” tour is available. Shuttle service to downtown Aspen runs regularly. We’ll be back!

Don’t come here in October. Service is horrendous, no amenities open which is okay since we were told that ahead of time. But… there is drilling and sawing in the room above since 8am that is super loud, yesterday the shuttle skipped multiple pickups and then crashed, and the bathroom fan is super loud. There’s no leadership and hotel is severely understaffed. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Truly a horrible experience, will probably leave early. No one will answer a phone or provide any help. Truly sucks.

An amazing place to stay both in summer and winter. Staff is fantastic, rooms are very spacious, and service is incredible. A few minutes to town but they have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Ski in and ski out with ski valet service in the winter.

What an amazing place! We can't rant & rave enough about the quality service, amazing facilities and incredible experience! From the moment we first arrived, we were greeted with smiles, great service and so much positivity. The rooms are great and the housekeeping services are prime. Full kitchens with everything needed to make food, prepare drinks and very comfortable. The bell and valet services were great, and specific shoutout to Ryan, Noah, Nolan and the entire crew. The pool was a huge hit for our kids and super beautiful scenery and setting, and shoutout to Ester for all her amazing service. They had fun events organized for guests and owners and even awesome little things planned for the kiddos. Kudos to Faith for setting up an amazing experience. So many people we're probably forgetting, and everything was awesome. This was truly a great experience for us and we will most certainly be back soon!

Don’t come here in October. They are understaffed and rude. Not helpful at all. Nothing to do. Better off in Snowmass or Aspen. Waste of our time.

Perfect stay to ski Aspen Highlands. Village area nice with a couple to ski rental shops. RC staff were terrific. Rooms well supplied and comfortable. On site restaurant was okay but closed Monday and Tuesday. Shuttle to Aspen town was great, no need to a car. Hot tub, pool and gym were great. Ski storage and service fabulous!
Great stay and hope to return soon!

Stayed here in July 2021 and 2022. Our favorite place to stay in Colorado. Great staff, service, location, quality. We love going to Maroon Bells, the town of Aspen and just hanging out at the resort. We are going back in October 2023. We have not been there for ski season yet, but plan to. I am not an owner and it is hard to get into this location. We drive in from Texas and really enjoy driving in via Independence pass if weather permits. We love exploring, hiking and sightseeing along the way. We have gone up to Maroon Bells at 5am in the morning for the sunrise and hikes up to crater lake and beyond. A great experience if you have not done it yet. The Ritz is extremely convenient for access Maroon Bells, town of Aspen as well as Snowmass. The residences are well appointed and have everything you will need for comfort as well as cooking and dining in. We enjoy the town of Aspen and grabbing lunch at the many great places in Aspen. The Ritz has had receptions for the guest severy time we visit, with Complimentary drinks and food. A great opportunity to relax, meet other guests, share favorite spots for dining / hiking / exploring ...
