I stay here quite frequently due to having a medically fragile child. We drive almost 7 hours to get here, I have never had any issues here until tonight unfortunately. Our room apparently is right above where this event was occurring so it was loud and obnoxious. People check in to rest and sleep especially when you are here for hospital treatment. It is inconsiderate for your guest to have to put up with shaking walls and vibrating floors. Not only did this party start at 7 it isn’t supposed to stop until midnight! What employer thought that it would be pleasant for your guest to experience that. You can hear every word of the music and the base is so loud. You can hear screaming and the DJ shouting. I have a sick kiddo and other children that can’t sleep because of it. Your guest pay money to rest and this was not okay. The front desk acted like I was bothering her to ask them to turn it down and you could hear it in her voice that it was an inconvenience for me trying to get them to get it turned down. I am not one to complain but this stay was a disappointment and to say the least. This isn’t a big hotel, but that party was enough to shake the whole floor. I am sure I was not the guest to be upset over this. Please be more considerate of your guest when booking parties like this, this hotel is too small for a party that loud.

The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was clean and comfortable. They welcomed our large breed dog. We were able to eat a good breakfast on the patio with our dog. Unfortunately, the area was a little sketchy. The hotel has taken security measures such as all exterior doors, including the lobby, requiring a room key and security in the parking lot.

We were traveling in and out of Denver and chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and conveniently located near the freeway. It was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. They provided more than just pastries. We will stay here again if we return.

I've had excellent experiences at this property. As a Diamond Elite member who travels year round, this is easily among the nicest Holiday Inn Express properties I've stayed at -- It's been a true Top Tier experience -- Staff, Rooms, Breakfast, and the Environment is all excellent. I'd especially like to acknowledge Ashleigh - Front Desk Supervisor who has treated me and my canine companion with such genuine friendliness and professionalism. Kindness means everything to guests, it just makes the entire experience great. I'd also like to recognize Colt (Front Desk) and the Maintenance Team as outstanding as well.

I would also add, this hotel is an amazing addition to the local Business & Medical Communities -- It's certainly, a bright spot that's precipitated ongoing development and improvements on Colfax East of 225.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, but the housekeeping service needs serious improvement. I removed my “Do Not Disturb” sign at 10 AM, expecting my room to be serviced. When I returned at 4:40 PM, nothing had been done. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping had already left for the day. No solution was offered—just a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Very disappointing experience.

Got this room through the veterans administration. Cause I had appointments to keep and it was really nice. They had a good breakfast. It's free with the room. They have a lot to choose from. The bananas were kind of old, but bananas are hard to keep. The room was like really nice clean. Didn't have any complaints.
Staff was very nice helpful. The pool area was clean. Water is a little cold but I'm overly sensitive when it comes to that. I would recommend this place very nice. And they have restricted access coming in, so not anybody can just walk in off the street

People very pleasant. Room clean and up to date. Only downside is that the TV channel option is so limited. Not sure I have seen a hotel with that few reasonable choices.
