Old ownership was a lot better; new leasing office doesn't hide their skirting the rent stabilization laws of NYC. The building itself is really great and the location is very convenient but busy. Overall, we really enjoyed living here.

If you’re apartment hunting in Manhattan, you’ve got to meet George at 19 Dutch Street in the Financial District. My friend and I have been looking around for a while, and George is a breath of fresh air! He’s not only super nice but he really knows his stuff.

Right from the start, George made us feel welcome in what is easily one of the most beautiful buildings we’ve ever stepped into. He’s got this effortless way of answering questions that shows he’s not just going through the motions. We’ve seen a lot of luxury places, but no one has been as attentive and polite as George. He really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and went out of his way to accommodate us. The rooftop terrace and lounge offer stunning views, the gym is top-notch, and even the lobby is beautifully appointed, making you feel like you’re in a luxury resort.

Honestly, George made our apartment search way less stressful and a lot more fun. It’s clear he loves what he does and cares about the people he helps. ​​I believe such exemplary performance deserves recognition, and without a doubt, George should be commended for his efforts.

This apartment building offers great value with decent price range. With in-unit laundry, spacious closet, a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and stunning views, the building has everything you need for comfortable living in the FiDi area. Highly recommend!

We have been tenants of 19 Dutch for 3.5 years and the reason why we have stayed so long is because of the great experience we've had at the building.
Our building is clean, with modern amenities (gym, lounge, rooftop etc) and friendly staff. The doorman staff, maintenance team and mailroom are friendly and helpful with any issues we have.
The apartment is spacious and airy with modern fixtures. We have floor to ceiling windows which give us so much sunlight.
We have access to the rooftop on the 64th floor which has unbeatable views of the city. We sometimes joke that this is the 'best rooftop bar in NYC!'. (See my photo for an example).
The highlight of our experience is also the friendly neighbourhood community in the building. Over the years we have made many friends and the building organises monthly events which are fun and thoughtful which actually cultivate real relationships.
There are very few buildings that compare to 19dutch and the complete package it offers from the apartment, amenities and building culture.
